The Order was delivered 30 days late and Installation is still not done even after a week of delivery date

The Customer care doesn't respond properly. They simply give a next date for any query you ask.

Mental torture for the order done from past one month even after calling regularly for over a month.

They had printed my Phone number wrongly in the invoice. The issue got resolved after I got in touch with one of the manager in Transteel. The Manager got the issue resolved within 2 days. There is no accountability from Transteel service. They had simply kept the product for days. They could have identified or informed me when I had called daily for 2 weeks straight, sometimes twice a day. They dont even provide the delivery person number coz of which lot of troubles.

I too have purchased the cabin tables from Transteel. Six feet by three feet. They do not have any support in Karjat - Raigad - Maharashtra. Moreover - it is very very difficult to communicate with their technician. For many months I have requested documentation of the required tools and process. The do not provide any video of any comprehensive document for assembling these expensive tables. Moreover - it is very very difficult to communicate with their technician.
