I ordered online food through travel khana to be delivered at guntakal jn when traveling on train no11042 from arakkonam to cstm on 14 may 2018. Online payment was done by me for the money still the food was no delivered to me on the station. When i called travelkha they assured me that the delivery boy is in train only same. The food will be delivered to you. The train stopped there 15 minutes and i called 5 times to them but they did not tell. Me the fact that the food will not be delivered. Finally when the train started i again called that time they told it is not possible to deliver. I was compelled to travel without food. This was the second such incidents of travekhana with me. Some stringent action is required against travelkha. I am not only the victim of travekhana, people like me are also suffering because of travekhana.
