Travel Khana — Food not delivered | |||||
On aug 15, 2016 I ishaan gupta is travelling to coimbatore from new delhi in kerala express on 15th aug 2016. My pnr is [protected]. I odered food from travel khana on phone. My order wad confirmed on the phone followed by two confirmation messages at 4:55 and 8.25 pm. The order no. Was 548851. The last message again playing with my belief said that the food will be delivered at tirupati station at 8.54 pm and keep the cash ready for making payment. The food was not delivered and i had to sleep empty stomach. I waited till midnight only to sleep empty stomach. This is an act of negligence has caused damage to me in person.
