I have booked my holiday to manali and dharamshala with travel raga... Firstly i have booked luxury ac innova for whole tour but driver said he will not use ac in route from chandigarh to manali because of hilly area temperature is very high between the route i said plz use ac driver said give me 2000 rs i will use ac... After reaching kullu i called my hotel manager hotel conifer opposite log huts regarding my dinner as per hotel vouchers given by travel raga where i know that there is no booking in that hotel when i called my agent mr kanak raj he said he has not given hotel as per voucher... He cheated us... Driver doesn’t know what is there in our tour package...in whole 5 nights 6 days tour we visited just 5 to 6 places though there is lot more in our tour package... Driver behaviour is very bad and also our travel agent is very bad... Mr kanak raj cheated us travel raga services are very poor... We want necessary action against our travel raga... There is lot more i want to file complaint against them

Firstly, the driver who was accompanied for the entire tour he was not professional and don’t have any knowledge where we have to go the entire trip and he was smoking. He just had done his driving. Apart from it, he has no interest on either to show the places or...

Travelraga is an unprofessional with no care about the client. We have a disaster trip which was organised by them. Firstly, the driver who was accompanied for the entire tour was so rude. He just had done his driving. Apart from it, he has no interest on either to show the places or spots for which we have paid travelraga. As a client, instead of him to shown us the places, we have searched on internet and the travel itenary to request him to show us those places. We are completely on mercy of him. Out of 5 places on day one, we managed to see only one place which is mall road, manali even after argument with driver. He refused to show us since he has drive the tempo traveler in entire night. Is this our fault.. Did we have created the plan or the tour agent? Second day, driver came to pick up at 9: 30am.. So we managed to see one place and missed the charm of solang valley. 3rd day he refused to visit manikaran temple and told us to do it on 4th day along with dharmshala. But we denied and complaint to tour organiser. Finally he able to collect us on 3rd day and take us through to manikaran. Now this travel from manali to manikaran took almost 5 he to reach and we are back by 8;15pm. Then how he will be managed to take us to manikaran and dharmshala.. I seriously doubt.
Disaster on day 4. We were ready by 7am and finally driver came again by 7: 35am. With no wonders we reached by 5pm to dharmshala.. Imagine a 10hr journey which tour agent claims to complete our 5 spots. We managed ourself to complete only 2spot out of which monestary we just 2 min short else we will not be able to see it since the timkngs are very strict. Now on last day, he said he will drop us on main road not to the airport.. Whereas in the iteranry it was clearly mentioned that client will be drop to either airport/railway station as per their convenience. Pl note, we were6 adults and 4 children. Do these travel agent want u ato be on road in midnight to wait for taxi rather then dropping at appropriate place. Still do you guys think do you consider this travel agency for the tour soecially for family.. I never ever recommend anyone.. Rather get booked local tour company so at least you can touch upon all points communicated and you can enjoy the trip for which you have paid a hafty amount. We have just wasted our entire money approx 1lakh for nothing since this company charged you almost 90% in advance before u travel. I tried to forget this nightmare and will urge all future customers to avoid this company.. Rather take makemytrip or else and book you local travel from that state local travel agency to get comfort and timely managed all spots covered. We hardly had covered even 50% of our spots utmoat i want to say, forget it for any travel pls. Pls. Pls.

I have already enquired 8 month ago about package you gave me the quotation but house boat finalization has still pending.
You give me assority to provide house boat image at the time of booking payment till date house boat finalization pending this is pathetic.
And you people talk about better service 8 monts had gone still my package is not complete what is the use of it, i have update so many times but no result find. so i cancelled by booking and instead of giving my money 5000 you are giving me 3000 which is unprofessional.

We have arranged a tour in Travel Raaga for 9 days & 10nights shimla tour.

Today is the 1st day of our travel the below things are not arranged so far.
1. we intimate will reach chandigarh 11.30 but Tempo traveller came at 12.15 that too we called him
2. We asked bill in the name of our company still no response.
3. Driver says i dont know where to take you - no proper communication given to driver, is it so why we required Travel raaga instead of that we can book on our own.
4. Driver says i will not put A/C while in hill station - why this is not mentioned in our traveller email before we pay the payment.
5. In the email agreed that Tempo traveller amount of 50k will pay each day 10k but driver amendment asked to pay full amount - we paid 20K no proper communication.
6. For enjoyment & relax we took tour with Travel raaga but 1st day itself every pain and tension.

After taking booking amont they change package and than it is very hard to cancel because their policy are as such cancellation charges 50 percent before 15 days 75 percent before 7 days and 100 percent after 7 days. They choose worst places in chabged initiry. Also driver is informd as such. Never book trevel raga . Better to go your own and book hotels which will be cheaper and you can get texi every where. Trevel raga gives 3 days texi in before pay Money and after pay money in comes to 1.5 day only worst ever experience

Please do not think even twice to cancel the tour packages provided by travel raga.

They have no idea about the place.
The do not have proper planning of the trip
There will be a lot of hidden charges involved.

You all first of all are not admitting your mistakes and because of your careless planning and due to no prior notice made me spend more money apart from the 61000/- paid to you which was of no use.

You people could not even pay the hotel charges in advance even though i paid the entire package money well in advance.

You are making me beg you all on a daily for the money (Inr6000/-) i deserve which was agreed by the tour agent : [protected]@travelraga.com via our telephonic conversation.

The procedure will take 7 days to refund you. As we have to talk to the hotelier, car driver & our whole team.

We booked a package for delhi-manali-delhi, but we're highly disappointed by this company in terms of sight seeing, they behaved nice till they got their payment after that their behaviour was like they don't even know us. There was a huge communication gap between them & their taxi providers & us. Their time management was very bad. The taxis provided by them were pathetic, the drivers literally tried to fool us each & every time.
# feeling cheated.

If you are planning to enjoy the trip please don't book through travel raga, they will ruin your holiday, they don't care enough to help you if there is trouble, you may enjoy your trip if you book yourself..

Here is the story .
We reached Shimla at 7pm in the night for our surprise we were given the worst room, it was so dirty, you can see hair of some other people on the blanket, and dirty bedsheet, some construction noise, no fan nothing, when I called the agent they asked me to adjust there only, they don't have basic common sense I had been there for honeymoon, the room they have given me was lowest room in 2 star hotel .. I straight away declined to stay back, they tried to convince me .. I spoke to multiple people in the travellers, no one was ready to listen, they wanted to save money that's all, I even told them I will find out hotel for myself they didn't agree and they told they will upgrade my room but I denied again, after waiting for 3hours I still didnt get any solution, I thought it won't be safe go to other hotel myself, then I agreed to go for upgradation but then one more story started saying that if they have the availability they will upgrade, they knew there are no rooms available, finally I had to stay in same room ..It didn't stop here, they told they will change the hotel but I have to pay more for it, I told ok first but I thought I may have face some more issues again so decided to vacate and return back to Delhi same night again the drama started saying they will check the availability by then I had to go to sightseeing, when we were on the way to Kufri I got a call from them saying I had to vacate the hotel right way and put the luggage in the clock room, driver told he can't go back if he go back he can't take us to Kufri, agent told us to skip the sightseeing and go back to the hotel, we said no and headed to Kufri, we got back to hotel when we were about to vacate the hotel, hotel person told we have to one pay day charge because travellers has cancelled the hotel accommodation, when we asked the agent she told us to pay, I just wanted to get out of the place so I paid and left .

These guys don't have control on any of their vendors, they won't help you anywhere if there is any payment pending then they will be back of you, once it is done they won't even respond to you properly, I will take them to consumer court for sure I have the bill paid to hotel .. these guys need to be banned and the licence must be cancelled.. they shouldn't even try to think of cheating the customers, I will publish this post everywhere in social media, I request all of you do the same . So that no one goes through this again ..

13-28876, i booked a package for manali, i got nothing that was committed starting from volvo the Bus condition was pathetic and the vendor was saying he needs the print tickets although the tour advisor honey confirmed that i need to show e-ticket .. my husbnd had to rush and get the tickets printout and dats how the beginning was spoiled..

Hotel.. i was cnfirmed bed tea but got nthng, talking about candle light dinner dey lit 2 candles on the plates and turned off the light dats it..

and followed by the best thing ever, we paid extra for a non functional heater and wen we said the heater is non functional the rep said its due to electricity fluctuations.. ok fyn dan why r u charging extra?

leave all dat the best is travel raga.. i called dem while on tour all the numbers were off.. dere special hotline numbers were off and one guy who managed to pick the phn said i ll get back to u in next 10 min and he turned his phn off too..

We had to pay for the return volvo Luggage .. which was never told to us

Hi team, thanks for a great deal for my family vacation to kashmir but because of on going situation I got to cancel my trip, . I had a tour to kerala with your esteemed organization earlier this year, which was extremely well taken care of and we had a great time. Though on a very short notice but now I want to cancel this one because the situation there is not feasible. I request u to refund advance payment I gave. Thanks a lot

It's a matter of concern for receiving such a mail from highly professional travel agency. i was under the belief that travel raga would be the best travel agency for my family holidays.

As per discussed with jasmeet kaur (sr. travel consultant), i made a partial payment of rs 3000 in your bank a/c.[protected] on 29th aug`16. but after the payment you have stopped picking my phones. even you were not contactable to my family friends for 4-5 days. whenever we try to contact you some or an another executive pick the phone & even after dropping the messages you never call back. this was the first bad impressions/discomfort you have given to us. while i told her to cancelled the package then demanding more 5000/- as commination charges.

Thereafter you send a package with entirely different hotels from what you committed. on the very same day i informed you that we are not ok with current itinerary and request you to refund the amount.

Instead of refunding i got such a unprofessional mail from you. i am unable to understand by whom i was cheated by you or travel raga?

My booking id / file id is 15679, I have booked a trip to dharamshala and dalhousie. My Consultant for the trip was Ms Manisha, mobile number [protected]. As planned and promised to me I have paid booking amount of Rs 7000, than confirmation amount of Rs 18000 and than Rs 10000 online. After which I was supposed to give remaining 20000 to driver in two installment, first 10000 at the start of trip and second 10000 post checkout at last day. Same was confirmed by Ms Manisha. But on the date of journey after giving 10000 rs to driver, in mid of journey he started demanding 3000 for diesel, on this situation I called miss Manisha and told the situation, she convinced me to give the amounts and also assured that remaining I have to provide at time of check out as committed earlier.

After this when we were about to reach hotel, driver again started demanding 3000, which we refuse to give as we were running out of cash. I again called miss manisha and told her situation, she told that let me talk to driver and taxi agency. After half n hour she responded to talk to agency directly and gave number of mr P. P SINGH. On calling him he directly started shouting and abusing and told that if we want to continue our trip we need to give whole remaining amount immediately else he will call his taxi back to delhi.

I was really shocked to have such a response, I and my family were left on mid road at 09 Pm without knowing what to do further, post which I have tried calling ms Manisha and all the given customer care numbers but no one picked my phone. #travelraga

I am existing customer of travel raga and also have used services of Travelraga in December 2013 for honeymoon package to Manali, my Consultant at that time was Mr Javed. Kindly look in to the matter and escalate it on serious nodes if you want to earn trust of customers.

Drivers are the lifeline of the travel and the driver provided was the worst does not understand Hindi Or English, inhumane person. This stupid fellow named LIJU (Car No 5107) was very arrogant and annoying. He was not interested in showing us around. He had a target to earn money through commission and does not show any thing which is free. And force to go for each ride.

I have booked my Honeymoon Trip with Travel Raga. I never knew that they are so pathetic else I would have never ever prefer them. Because of them I have missed my flight and they were not at all ready to compensate the same. Apart from this the Hotels where they booked our accommodation was very bad. I never suggest anyone to even contact them.

Team travel raga, this is manoj sinha, ( PNR NO-TR01579 ), writing in reference our family tour to varkala in kerala, check-in 25th sep 2015, check-out 29 sep 2015. Although that i was getting almost similar deals in other travel portals, i decided to go with you, considering my close friend mr.suresh bhai patel from Baroda being your old client and praising about your good services being better than others. My issue is since my daughter got sick we decided to cancel our trip in between and checkout in the morning of sep 28th, we were in regular touch with Manju ji. As a result Mr. Pradeep assured us of a full refund for 2 days following my special case. Still i called your customer service department number today they informed me refund is still in process. kindly do the needful, i didn't have any issues regarding your services and resorts provided and we would love you to avail your services in future.

With due request to travel raga holidays pvt. ltd., i would like to bring it to your concern that your cab driver Mr. Javed Kalim in Kashmir was addressing us as "are you from india" or "in kashmir we have such and such" as if he belongs to some other country. Though his behavior was decent but since i am a swyamsevak of Rss as you know, , , , it kind of fill me with anger. my sincere request is to kindly not hire people having no respect for there motherland or else i would search for some other agency in future

the taxi you provided on way to rohtang pass broke down in mid way. took driver 3 hours to fix it. sheer wastage of time. kindly keep a check on your cabs. no complains about the trip, it was good, along with hotels and customer service of travel raga were excellent form my view. but since we missed sight seeing near rohtang, i expect some compensation from travel raga, thanks

We went for a honeymoon trip to kerala organized by travel raga holidays pvt ltd, though i have to say that the hotels and services were pretty good and we had a satisfactory trip, still my complain is that driver couldn't understand hindi at all, neither was he good at english. communication was the major issue. kindly keep this in mind while organizing trips to south for north indians

We went for our honeymoon in May for Manali, while booking the tour they said that they have already given me the best price for the package and without negotiating much i agreed for the package at the cost of Rs 18, 200/- and the guy named Rajiv in Travel raga promised me to give some surprise gift as he said that this is the best price but still he will give me some gift in Manali if i insist, we agreed and booked the package through Travel Raga and ridicoulsy suprised to know all they offered me is Rs 300 Choclate pack..i do not think this is the gift and this is quite annoying from any aspect, they should have made clear of what they are trying to offer to the customer as it was our Honeymoon.Be clear while booking the tour with them.
