I had a ticket from pune to bhopal. But bus broke down on the way. We were transferred to non volvo bus and were given only 2 seats instead of 3 . Please refund the appropriate the amount.

I booked a ticket from Indore to Pune for today and when I bought it the bus I saw that the pictures were clearly different from the bus. The condition of the bus was so pathetic that sheets were very dirty. The curtains were gross and it was very close to phobic. The photo showed that bus had windows but in reality the bus didn't had windows. It felt like the bus seats were like coffin. When I asked the operator to change my seats he refused and started abusing. He never changed it and then he stopped at a very bad place for washroom break. So I had to get down from the bus and go back to my home. I want the refund for the ticket. I was 60 km away from my city and I had to pay for a cab to pick me up from that location. It was very desserted and there was no one around but the bus condition was so pathetic that I felt sick and I had to get down. I couldn't travel further. I had to pay the money for the cab and I lost the money on the ticket.
I want refund for ticket.

I talked regarding the delay to the people managing the bus from pune to bhopal.
They told that this is a new bus and it's speed is low.
Then why do you run such bus which is not ready for use.
This is unethical.

On 2nd dec I travel by verma travels from bhopal to hyderabad. And bus breakdown near adilabad. I called to customer care and head office many time but didnt get any response. Driver told me to go by your self. I have to go by taxi. I have to pay 6500taxi fare and 3000bus fair and 10extra hrs to reach home. The very bad experience was that travel agency didn't respond anything. And also not return anything

Dear Verma travels,
Today I have booked online ticket from seoni (m.p.) to bhopal (m.p.) successfully. Which PNR no. is 4683362 seat no. 10, in which boarding point eas seoni bus stand at 7:30 PM but bus was canceled and payment was not refunded.
Kindly I request you please resolve my problem and I request you to refund my deducted amount.

I booked Verma Travel ticket for 8th November 23 from Bhopal to Gwalior online through Red Bus app on 2nd November, the charge for which is Rs 2360. The upper seat AC sleeper for 2 passengers has been booked. When I reached the boarding stop, I was told that You have to travel in this non-AC bus, about which I complained to Verma Travel Office which is in ISBT Bhopal MP, from there I was told that you will have to travel in this non-AC bus otherwise your ticket will be cancelled, this is the complaint in Verma Travel. I want to file a complaint against the company and want it to be resolved as soon as possible and request that the charges taken for my AC sleeper should be refunded, otherwise I will take the help of legal action, for which Verma Travel will be responsible, thank you.

Hello Team,

We book 1 ticket from bhopal, madhya pradesh to pune, maharashtra on Verma travels. While booking bus showed 15hr 30min duration but bus took 32hrs to pune. The bus driver changed the bus at wee hours and bus was not properly repaired hence it broke down. The AC, charging point was not working. The bus operators charged 2800/- and no service was provided. As the bus reached Pune very late due to which It has costed me drastically for the work, for which I was traveling. Please help me here to get the complete compensation of the ticket fare.

Now the services of the cleaner or bus staffs is very poor and no water bolte is provided at the hole journey Nasik to Indore.
Bus A/C is not properly and getting higher cost.

I booked bus Verma travel from Bhopal to Kota Rajasthan time 10:15pm . Bus was delay got message before half an hour from timing of bus with help no. [protected] but No one attent call on this number . I asked verma travel office local boy about bus they don't have idea and their authorise person was not present during those hours . I waited there till 12:25 am with a kid of 2 years who was sleep at mid night . Then I called customer care...

I have booked confirmed ticket for journey from Hoshangabad to Nagpur for 13th May. I was supposed to board at 11:30 pm. I spoke to the bus conductors and he told bus is running late and he will call me in sometime. After sometime I got a call from bus operator +[protected] saying bus is canceled. I was standing with my family in the middle of the night at the boarding point.. I saw the bus was moving in the tracking link. But he said bus is going somewhere else.
He disconnected the call and stop picking my call afterwards.

What do i do in the middle of the night standing there.
I have a connecting flight to blr next day.
I had to arrange an alternative arrangement for me to reach Nagpur next day. There were no trains no reservation were available at that time. I had to pay extra to reach Nagpur.
I was in mental agony at that time.

Request you to please take strict action against the operator.
And provide me the compensation accordingly.

I had book a ticket from mumbai to bhopal and pay charges 3427.00, but bus AC is not working whole journey. Bus Staff, help centre, customer care anybody not solved this problem, ticket attached, I suggest the our known person don't travel with verma travel,

Today I travel from dewas to bhopal having bus no up 17 t 7728. I book from redbus and getting 3 and 4 sheet number. But Verma reavel provide me sheet no 5 and 6. I am serve 30 min startup with my family. Very very poor management and no support to family

There is no confirmation even if you book a ticket to get a same sheet number. Very bad service. Don't go with Verma travel bhopal pune

Not on time. The arrival time mentioned on the website is 9am. I was traveling from Ahmedabad to Bhopal. I was supposed to reach bhopal by 9am but when the bus kept stopping at various places on the road I was worried about it reaching on time.
I asked the driver when would it reach and he said 11am. I was shocked and he said this is the regular time. It's wrongly mentioned on the website.
I have travelled 2 times and both time is was delayed by few hours. My travel was wasted as I couldn't attend the meeting. Very bad service. I will not recommend this to anybody. Waste of 2100 rupees and time.

I reached bus stop at 9:45 pm for the bus at 10:30pm at Vijay nagar(my pickup spot) and called the operator, he said bus will arrive at 10:45 pm
I called 7/8 times but no one answered the call and then at 11:45 he mentioned we are waiting at Rajendra nagar, but my pickup was from Vijay Nagar.
Bus didn’t arrive and it’s late night and nobody helped.
This is very inappropriate behaviour for female travellers that too at late night

Nasik to Indore - Bus Travel (TICKET BOOKED ON 10th February, 2023)

Complaint - REFUND Rs. 3950.10 :: not processed by VERMA TRAVELS.

Gross Ticket Amount Rs. 4389.00 (4 persons) Booked through Credit Card - Axis Bank.
After cancellation Charges ... the REFUND PAYABLE is Rs. 3950.10.

I am following up since last 50 days ... Verma Travels says amount is Refunded ... but it is not appearing in my Bank Account.

VERMA TRAVELS asked me to send Bank Statement .. which I have sent it. THE AMOUN(TRs. 3950.10) is NOT CREDITED to MY ACCOUNT.

NOW THEY are NOT RESPONDING TO MY MAILS ALSO.
EVERYDAY I am sending mails but they are not responding.

VERMA TRAVELS is NOT SHARING THEIR BANK STATEMENT showing that AMOUNT IS TRANSFERRED TO MY ACCOUNT.
