[Resolved]  country club Noida — Hidden Charges not revealed at the time of taking membership

Hi All,

This is to inform you all. Fraud has been done Country Club Executive Shekhar Choudhary at Center Stage Mall Waves Noida.If you have are also part of this fraud pls support me.

1)- He told me that you need to pay Rs 35000/- for 5 years. I bought the membership of Rs 35,000 and not of Rs 70,000. However he informed me later after signing the agreement that I have an option to upgrade at later stage. to 70,000 for 10 years.
2)- I have never been informed that in addition to This 35,000. I need to pay a Annual Administrative Charge of Rs 6,500+15% for children below 12 years irrespective o[censored]sage. Infact I have not been informed about this Annaul Administrative Charge for 10 years.
However, he just informed me about the Administrative charge of Gift Voucher Rs4,000 for 7 days and 6 nights.
3)- Country Club has taken money and signatures from me on 17th September 2012. However today(i.e 30th October 2012 ) after 45 days when I received the Copy of Agreement, Temporary card. I found the date of Membership purchase Agreement has been changed to 22nd October,2012 by country Club.
4) On 17th September when money was taken from me No Agreement is given to me so that I can read and understand the terms and condition.
5) On the back side of Membership purchase agreement in small letters it is written that I need to make the complete payment in 45 days.
This is an important clause which is also not informed to me by Shekhar Chaudhary of Country Club.
However he was offering me Micromax Tab to make the balance payment at that time also he did not inform me that I need to make the payment in 45 days.
6) Shekhar forced me to take the membership on the same day. He told me that this offer is valid for today only and you need to fill a form that you will not get Country Club membership or This offer if you return after thinking.
I have been part of this fraud specially from the side of Shekhar and country Club of hiding some important misleading facts. They have take signatures without giving the agreement copy and without informing the important facts which are mandatory in taking the decision of country club membership.
Copy of agreement was delivered to me after 45 days of taking Rs 35,000., date of buying agreement is different.
Solution: 1) Cancel my membership with immediate effect and Refund my money(Rs35,000)-.
2) Transfer my membership to someone else. You can deduct your administrative charge. So that I can get my Rs 35,000.

3)I will file a complaint in Consumer Court/Police Station/Media. To take a legal action against Shekhar Chaudhary and Country club of all these misleading act
