SUBJECT - The scheme of offering free Vouchers to travel is bogus

Place- Country Club office, DT MALL, Gurgaon.

Official involved- Abhimanyu Singh , Chandan.

Detail :-

On Aug 20 I recieved a call to visit Country club office to attend a presentation.
At the time of presentation if the offer is not accepted , Country club would offer a voucher to compensate against time and money invested on our part.

I stay in South Ex , travelled 1 hr to Gurgaon to attend their presentation and declined their offer.
A Voucher which then should have been otherwise issued then and there was promised to be delievered on internet to my email.

After 2 days when I did nt recieve anything , was obliged to call back and was told of ' SERVER PROBLEM' at their end.

The story continued after a week or 15 days and few calls .
Staying in Delhi , and being aware of the fallen morality of fellow Indians I knew Country Club officials are running a Racket.
There is no Voucher to be recieved.
In case there are some youve heard of , then believe that out of 10 may be 1 could be recieving that or else you cant run a bogus scheme for long.

See the expression on their face when you turn their offer down , they will loose interest in you and the artifical formality and pleasing personality they show would turn cold...ITS FAKE.

I have nt recieved any VOUCHERS ever...!!
A family which went with me neither ...so I have witnesses and examples too.

    This is to inform you all. Fraud has been done Country Club Executive Shekhar Choudhary at Center Stage Mall Waves Noida.If you have are also part of this fraud pls support me.

    1)- He told me that you need to pay Rs 35000/- for 5 years. I bought the membership of Rs 35,000 and not of Rs 70,000. However he informed me later after signing the agreement that I have an option to upgrade at later...

    Dear Consumer Forum

    We are really surprised to see how Country Club makes fool of people and their time.

    We got proper grilling for 1 hour by your Country Club-Gurgaon Office for taking membership. We were called for pick up of Free 6 Nights and 7 days Hotel Coupon for anywhere in India . But we never know they will make fool of people like this. FIRSTLY, we lost our precious time in listening to their fake commitments which they might have not followed if we had took their membership. Thanks to God, we saved our money in putting in Dustbin tour plans made by Country Club. We not opted for their membership so they are not giving any reservations for their fake FREE Coupons for any of their hotels in india.

    Being part of Such a Group, Such a fake commitments will destroy your name in India and other part of world too. We wasted our time in listening to their grilling membership details. We told that that we would love to use your services with free coupon then we will decide about membership. They gave us free gift which they said can be redeemed any time upto next 1 year but when we are entering for booking in their website, Error Showing that " This Coupon is valid from February to September ".. See the type of humiliation they provide by providing lucrative Free Coupon for 6 Nights and 7 Days which never gets redeemed.

    Here are your thousands of complaints by members and Non Members of Country Club . Kindly have a look into the acts done by Country Club and their sales team. Fake Commitments and Stories continues in pan India Basis. Country Club trained so called Member Relations who wasted precious time of people and money too who took their membership.

    We are also putting this worst feedback too in these links so that people should not get lured by their highly trained sales team who knows how to fool people with their fake commitments or travel

    Hopefully people will be aware of fake calls and presentations by their Team.

    Country Vocation — is really good scheme?

      -Had paid Rs 50000/- for a club-membership as "Cool Global Parivar". for 30 yrs i.e 7 days -6 nights stay form 3900 destination in March. 2008.Membership No. CGP598N.
      company offered membership and plot of 2000sq ft.
      -since company later refused for plot as their land was not cleared, paid balance 25000/ 0n 24.01.2009.
      -received confirmation letter dated 17.03.2009 from company's office for acknowledgement and updating of payment.
      -No further payment due.
      -Till date I have not received any membership cards in-spite of providing photographs and family detail in 2008 and on 24.01.2009.
      -have requested their office at HYDERABAD, EAST OF KAILASH, NEW DELHI and NOIDA OFFICE but no result.
      -called Hyderabad office to refund me my money as they have not provided any stay in 3 yrs.

        Country Club is running FRAUD marketing campaigns, do not waste your time by either obliging them or taking their membership. If their Marketing and Sales Team are not honest, understand yourself how will be the management. More so ever, Country Club is more like a family owned business and hardly any ethical conduct of a listed company. They will not ever respond to your calls, mails and your money and time is not really worth for that. I had terrible experience with CC in my last trip to Goa, i complained about the same but as usual they prefer a Deaf Ear to complaints. Unfortunately this is a listed company, and its business practices must be audited and corrupt practices put to an end. Many of people around have fallen to all their dirty tricks and have no way but to keep sailing with the wind now.
        Here is my mail gist to CC:-->

        This is to bring to your notice that, on our last visit to Goa, we were lured for a one hour marketing gimmick with a promise to have won a prize with no commitments towards the country club. We visited Country Club Nagoa Grand Resorts on Sep 2012 and were made to sit through a one hour presentation and finally given a Gift Voucher, as per the Scratch Card option for max up to Seven Days accommodation at any of the country club resorts. Which made us really happy and believe in CC despite of have heard lots of negative reports about CC.

        To our utter shock and going in line with the reputation of Country Club, the Gift voucher when we are tried to book a vacation, always gives us the message "Please Enter Correct Details/Holiday Used Already". You wasted our precious time on vacation only to cheat us and also providing the customers with Fake Gift Vouchers and promises. The kind of Business Country club is doing and any future prospect of garnering any customer among our family and friends have went dismally low because of our experience and BUSINESS FRAUD & CHEATING you are committing through your Marketing Dept..

            Sales team of Country Club India Limited (CCIL) lead by Sales Executive, Shri Sukhendu Mondal, Kolkata, approached me at 5 pm on July 24, 2012 for purchase of a membership in your Club. After detailing all the benefits of the scheme, he was insisting to avail the benefits, I must become a member by this evening or else the underlined benefits will not be available. Though these benefits are available only to members of an esteemed organization where group blocking was being done, however, Shri Mondal assured me that I will be one of them. Though I insisted in various ways to inform him that I must be given some time to consult my family members, however, citing many examples, he factually lured me to this transaction.

            The transaction was completed in a matter of few hours as Shri Mondal was insisting on completing the transaction by the same evening to offer the benefit of incentives of the scheme. However, as said, during the discussion it was clearly pointed out to him that I must be given some time to consult my family members to which Shri Mondal replied that if you need to consult your family members, you may do so and cancel it in a day or two, however, refunding the money will be made only by direct credit to credit card bank. I agreed to that and completed the transaction.

            After reaching home when I sought the opinion of my family members, my son revealed that he has already become a member of similar such club very recently. Immediately in the same evening I contacted Shri Mondal over his cell to inform him to cancel the transaction. He assured me that as desired, the transaction will be cancelled, however, this requires 7-10 days time to complete the official process. By the time, I had informed HDFC Bank authorities to block my credit card and issue me new card. I lodged a dispute with HDFC Bank also on the very next day of the transaction.

            Thereafter on every passing day, I tried to contact Shri Mondal and every time he assured me of canceling the membership. However, as promised by him, no result is seen even after expiry of 35 days. I am very much anxious and having doubt about the honesty and credibility of the Club and its Sales Executive.

            Shri Mondal also told me that if anyone asks me about this transaction, I must say that I have paid certain amount of cash earlier to become the member of this group [which is not factually correct]. And in case, credit card authorities asks about the transaction, I must say that necessary action is being taken by Club authorities to cancel the membership. I am still not aware why this false statement was to be made by me.

            Enough time has passed, however, no positive result is seen. I have contacted Shri Mondal several times and every time positive assurance was given by him. However, during last few days he is not lifting his cell, neither informing me about the development. After repeated cell calls and after 2 days he replied saying that ‘ he is busy in a meeting and shall call back later’. However, he did not keep his commitment in calling back. He gives several personal reasons for not attending the cell phone. Thereafter after several calls, he replied that necessary process is in progress and I shall hear in a few days and credit of the amount will be made to HDFC Bank soon. Till today no positive response is received by me.

            Under the circumstances, I have doubt whether the cancellation of membership is at all being attended to by the Club Authorities ? In the meantime, HDFC Bank wanted me to inform them about the status of the dispute. They also informed me that in case of dissolving the dispute, I must furnish a letter of cancellation from Club Authorities to take up the issue with Club authorities. However, at this status when repeated assurance is being given by Shri Mondal, I am afraid to take any harsh step.

            In the meantime, demand for payment of 1st instalment of the above payment to Country Club through HDFC Credit Card has been raised and to keep my credibility with Credit Card Bank, to which I am maintaining good relationship for last 5 years, I have paid the instalment.

            By this process CCIL has just lured an uninterested customer with false promises and did not keep any word of their promise. I must get my money back as I am not interested in the transaction and they must keep their promise to refund the money.

            I hope a suitable action will be taken by your august office to treat such bad elements in a legal way.

            I shall await your reply to this complaint.

                I have taken the membership of country club for Rs.80000 on 8th Sep 2012 out of which Rs.[protected]+30000)were made through Sbi card and Rs.10000 from Standard chartered card.While making the transactions country club employee Ravi Singh told me that Rs.70000 will be converted into emi's as the have some tieups with Sbi bank.After few days when I got my card statement I have found the entire Rs.70000 is reflecting on the account.Since then I am following with the countryclub manager (gurgaon) Ravi Singh and he is giving me different dates every time for the resolution.As per my last discussion he confirmed that the amount will be converted into Emi's by 3rd Oct but now they have stopped taking my calls in this regards.
                The due date on my card is 4th Oct 2012 and I am not in position to pay that amount and now this will have bad impact on my credit score ( Cibil ) add on I have to pay the Late Payment & Interest charges on the card.

                Please help me out to the same resolved as Country club people are frauds.I have checked the consumer complaints website today and found out there are 100 of complaints against them.I was not aware of these complaints earlier otherwise I would have never taken there membership.

                  I received a call from Country Club Delhi on 9th September 2011 stating that they are celebrating their anniversary at Aroma Hotel, Chandigarh and I was entitled to a lucky draw of free stay at any of their resorts. The caller called us many times to confirm time of visit and also followed through till I reached the venue. When I reached there, I saw that there was no such function but some group of people sitting in various tables and were attended by the sales people of Country Club. They introduced themselves as sales officials of Country Club India Ltd, hereafter known as CCIL. They gave a presentation about their resort, mesmerised us and showed us a green picture of many of their resorts. We were impressed and since we wanted to take our parents abroad, we thought this might help us in making our parents feel happy.


                  We expressed our doubts to be able to utilise the offer now as our baby was just 3 months old and it was difficult to travel with an infant. The sales person informed us that it was not a problem and we had the option of carry forward of holidays which could be utilised within next seven years. We agreed to take up the membership and paid Rs70000/-. The AMC was decided at Rs6500/- and the initial year AMC waived off.


                  However, my husband received a transfer order next day and I also read about the country club reviews in the websites and immediately called the sales executive who had sold the membership to us. He refused any kind of refund and told us that we could use the holidays while we were based abroad. I talked to their Sales Head at Chandigarh and he also assured of best services and he told us not to have any doubts about the club. We could not utilise any of the holidays till June 2012. However, we tried booking a resort of our choice since August 2012 and we have been unable to do so due to lack of clarity of information in the call centre staff, mis guidance by the county club offices and unavailability of slots most of the times.

                  They have made me run up and down all through without any result and I need to waste STD calls even for small problems. I need to waste a lot of time and money running after CCIL without any benefit. I have followed up for refund of money through their call centre, Chandigarh offices at Sector 9 and Aroma Hotel and even the Delhi office but of no use. I have sent a mail to their [protected]@countryclubmail.com. However, no one bothers to respond at CCIL. CCIL has cheated me by giving false information, misleading facts, unwillingness to assist customers and ultimately no service for the customer. Let me list some of the major problems faced by me with CCIL:

                  • Carry-forward o[censored]nutilised holidays and complimentary holidays

                  1. The holidays which were not utilised during 2011-12 expired and I had to call the Hyderabad call centre innumerable times, argue with them and then they carried forward the holiday to 2021-22. They have made me pay an additional AMC indirectly in 2021-22 as my membership ends in 2020-21.

                  2. I lodged an online complaint for the carry forward year and the response was : As per the company norms we can carry forward the holidays like this which is there in your account but if you want any booking then that time you can let us know we will do that or for more details contact to[protected]/66533764.

                  I have been promised assistance in utilising the carry forward year while booking holidays but when I approached the call centre to book the holidays for 2 rooms using the holiday weeks of both years, they told me that they would use only the advance year of 2013-14 and not the carry forward holiday week.

                  3. The Hyderabad call centre assures me that their senior would call for resolution of problems but no one has called me since 11th September. The Delhi office executive talks to me as if I contact him for the first time during every instance.

                  4. I was allotted two set of complimentary holidays on payment of AMC through online mode. However, I told them to provide me the holidays in November and December which was agreed by the staff following up for payment but the online system reflects AMC valid up to October3, 2012.

                  I called the Delhi office and also the Hyderabad call centre but with no solution. They all agree to extend the date but it is never effected in the system. I visited the Chandigarh office of CCIL and the sales head promised to get it done. Three days have passed with no action. I now received a call from the Delhi CCIL that they would extend the holiday whenever I wished to book holidays. I asked them to provide in writing but nothing received as yet.

                  5. The sales head at Chandigarh informed me that the carry forward holidays can be utilised only in the subsequent year and not for seven years as promised by his sales executive.


                  • Membership of Delhi CCIL when booking done at Chandigarh

                  I was allotted the membership at Aroma Hotel, Chandigarh. The sales person promised that they would open an office at Chandigarh and could get all queries resolved in a face to face manner. I saw the opening of Chandigarh CCIL in their website and approached them. They did not help me on any account stating that I had taken the membership through their DSA and that they could not help me. Any queries had to be addressed through their DSA only.

                  The DSA in turn, expressed inability to resolve any queries as it was only a sales unit. They forwarded all issues to Delhi, however, Delhi response is pathetic and totally unprofessional nature.

                  I asked for change of membership city to Chandigarh as I had taken the initial membership at Chandigarh but was refused stating that it is not possible.

                  The USP of CCIL is: Everyone assures of service but no one actually services a customer.


                  • False communication at the time of membership

                  I was shown images of CCIL resorts at Shimla, Manali, Dubai and were promised that we could utilise their facilities at any week. It was only the affiliated properties which were booked through the DAE live system that had to be paid Rs6000 in India and Rs12000 in international travel. Even false information that hotels like Udaipur Palace came under the affiliates of CCIL came to light when I searched the DAE live site for booking and availability status.

                  They advertise having new resorts at Nainital, Auli, Bhimtal but they are all associated properties.

                  Now, Hyderabad call centre and other offices at Delhi and Chandigarh claim that associated properties need to be paid like affiliated properties. In that case, all tourist locations of Shimla, Manali, Nainital, Auli, Bhimtal, Dubai need to be paid before stay.

                  I don’t understand the need to pay the subscription amount of Rs.70000 and the AMC of Rs8244 for the current year when I need to pay for most of the tourist locations.

                  • Mis-communication during the course of membership

                  1. The online system of booking shows all dates for Nainital, Auli, Bhimtal as ‘Sold Out’ for four months. When I enquired about this with the Chandigarh office, they told me that these resorts could be booked only by sending a mail to the reservation department as the availability status of these places cannot be displayed online. That means, the online system shows false status just to mislead the customers.

                  2. A call centre executive informs the utility charge to be paid at Shimla resort as Rs500/- and some other executive informs Rs700/-.

                  3. The call centre staff was not aware of the type of room to be allotted in their associated property at Shimla and asked me to contact the local office to confirm this. When I contacted the Chandigarh CCIL office at Sector 9, Chandigarh, they asked me to visit their office to get the booking done and payment o[censored]tility charges also at their office premises itself. They assured us that they would get the room booked at our preferred date even if the system showed non-availability status.

                  When I visited the CCIL Chandigarh office the next day, everyone feigns ignorance of having received any call for clarification and even the receptionist kept quiet. They told us that they could not help us as our membership was of Delhi and also because we had taken through their DSA. The Shimla property was to be booked online and that we had to pay the money online or at the hotel. When we visited the system to book online, the dates were sold out and the Chandigarh CCIL office bluntly refused any assistance. When we argued about the assurance over phone, they stated that AMC department who are responsible for collection of dues would have communicated this and that they could not help us.

                  4. The Hyderabad call centre and Delhi CCIL confirms action on a certain issue over phone but no action is ever taken after that.

                  5. Food coupons worth Rs.500/- were promised through mail at the time of receipt of AMC but I have not yet received them even after several reminders on phone and online system.

                  6. Hyderabad call centre never gives a concrete solution and keeps the customer behind their back with false promises and diversions to local offices. The local offices in turn, claim that all action needs to be taken at Hyderabad. The customer is made to run pillar to post to address a query.

                  • Administration/ Subscription charges in AMC & non-receipt of any magazine/communication from Country Club India

                  I was informed about AMC of Rs.6500/- per annum. However, there is an element of admin/subscription charges of Rs.941/- added to the AMC amount which none of your executives have been able to clarify. One executive told me that it is the magazine charges. However, I have never received any magazine till date. If you claim to have despatched them, please show me the Proof of delivery of the magazine. I have asking for waiver of these charges not informed to me but in vain.


                  I have wasted a lot of time running between CCIL offices and making STD calls with no result till date. I have also not been able to book any holiday at my preferred location. This simply implies wastage of Rs70000+Rs7832 of AMC charges.

                  Please help me get the refund of membership fees and Annual Maintenance charges paid worth Rs.78244/- and save me mental tension, harassment, depression and wastage of further money.

                  Country Club is another way of making money by cheating the public. Till you enter in to a contract with them, they all are very friendly and pouring with lot of (False) offers and promises. Once they collect the money, then no service, no care no holidays. Nothing is written properly regarding the right of the customers. No facility to withdraw the membership if the customer is not satisfied with the service. It is high time to bring this type of fraud companies in to the lime light.
                  Can you suggest me any way of getting my money back? How to highlight in media regarding this company?

                    I have opted for up gradation of my membership as per the mail offer and also confirmation letter from club, on Dt.10/09/2012, on the same day i had talk with Mr.Chandrasekhar and as per the instruction i followed the path and made payment on line through My ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD,

                    The club also sent a mail of receipt of the amount in my registered mai, but then as per instructions of Mr.Chandrasekhar i have forwarded the copy of the attachment to him back.

                    Then one Mr.Santosh called me immediately and asked me to forward the same to him and promised to complete the procedure within two days and also promised to deliver the written documents of complete up gradation transactions, the same call was also satisfied by me on next day by way of sending him the information regarding the payments made along with the attachment of the payment receipt sent by their office.

                    But to my surprise the amount paid does not reflect in my account till date, and it shows unpaid and "Due fees", though i have received message from bank on the same day i:e 10/09/2012, and there after on 12/09/2012 bank has also converted the amount into EMI s.

                    So i am following the matter with club since 11/09/2012 till this date but no body bothers to reply or correct the mistake and even phone calls at their respective departments also turns unanswered.

                    I would like tp lodge complaint against the club authority for such a fraudulent activity and also for the mental harassment along with my financial losses.

                      I wish to state that,I had purchase the Blue membership in the month of August 2012 by paying the membership fee with an assurance from your office at Chandigarh that there shall be no further charges in any form. To my surprise I have received a call today stating that apart from member ship fee of Rs70,000/- which we had already paid while purchasing the package there are some AMC @ Rs7,500/-, which we may have to pay annually. This is some thing ridiculous we were never told any thing like this at the time of offering membership, even we insisted to let us know of any subsequent or hidden charges are there. Your representative accompanied us to our home at 2300 Hrs in the night to collect the membership fee and made us sign certain forms/papers without giving us time to go through. We did so in good faith without realizing that we may land in trouble or your company misusing our innocence.

                      We are feeling cheated. I am going to lodge a criminal police complaint against your company, because I am not being given any explanation or being heard by your customer care. This kind of deceiving attitude is going to land your company in big trouble. No matter how much I may have to spend, I am going to expose your malicious act of business practice in media, so that others may not be fooled by your company.

                      Same here, In 2006 country club sales person promised me many things like every year holiday packages for free, free usages of club and spa, etc, no annual fee, no hidden charges, etc.. But country club call centers are making calls everyday for AMC. I had even sent an email to cancel my membership and keep the money as tips. If had given that money to charity it would have been better spent.

                      country club is one of the biggest fraud company and everyday their representatives are make hundreds of them as scapegoat. I request all of those who are in this condition to spread the message and help other getting into he trap.

                        We have purchase country club membership 4 year ago. When membership sale out manager tell to me this membership is life time and any where in india you stay paid only 300 rs like mumbai cheenai lucknow and hydrabad etc. City no other cost paid life time but after purchase membership country club person tell me that this is not life time membership and stay only yearly one time i said to company person that your sales manager commitment that life time and stay any time yearly paid only 300 rs company person tell me all thing is wrong. Than after we have this insident we have told company person my membership canceled and return my money than we have paid to you 45000/- we have many time telephonoic conversation country club and country vacation lucknow hyderabad than no any answer this not fare conrently we have not paid any amc and any amount to this company.

                          I purchased a testing plan from country club last year for Rs 24000 in Gurgaon from country club branch in Gurgaon Mall. I paid all the amount in advance. At that time the sales persons Shammi Kumar and Ajmat Ali made several tall promises but with time all the truth has come forward I am feeling being cheated by the company. During last year, when I made an attempt to book the room, they did not attend my call and even stopped picking my phone calls altogether. When I complained in their office, no curative step was taken.

                          Now after 1 year, I am facing a new difficulty with the same company. Under this plan, I was entitled 6D/7N at any country club or associate property. I was also told that I need not to pay any AMC (Which is 6000 per year). However, When I am trying to book the resort now, the company is asking for Utility charges and making this excuse - "INR 700 per night -Has your not charged AMC for the 1st year, utility fee will be collected". It is just asking for the same money under a different name. This is sheer Cheating. I would ask company representative to take this up seriously or get ready to face legal proceedings.

                            Country Club is the fastest in luring customers to shell out money but worst when it comes to actually servicing them
                            We registered in Mar'12 and after repeated followups (personal visits to the branch and waiting for atleast an hour for the branch head) we got the card in July (5 months).
                            The most pathetic reason we got for almost 5 months was that their printing machine at Hyderabad was broken! Outrageous!
                            Also when we were not keen to register we were promised a 32 inches Samsung LCD TV. Its been 7 months and despite regular followup the TV is not in sight,
                            This is out-right cheating. They dupe people by offering lots of discounts and then make customers run around for the smallest of service,

                            The branch we are dealing with is
                            Pune Branch at Connaught Place, Behind Wadia College, Bund garden
                            The one who offered the discount - Mr. Mohammed Wasim (Venue Manager)
                            The Branch Head we are dealing with - Mr. Bhushan.
                            Also we are not able to contact anyone above him to escalate the issue.

                            Same way Country club has cheated with me, I have paid Rs 85000/- in Aug 2011 and canceled membership immediatly by knowing various problems with them. Still I am awaiting my payment back. they are just giving failed committments every times. Surprise !!! I am writting mails from last One year to them but till date no one has replyed me any thing. I kept on visiting, mailing, telecons, but no result from last one year.

                            I am in Pune & planning to file leagal suit against them.
                            I request, If anyone is facing problem like me, pls join & do mail me at [protected]@gmail.com OR call.

                              Sir my name is rajesh bohra.I am from ahmedabad and 7 days ago tele marketing call came from country club holidays and they said me that u got a lucky draw and u got free holiday package and some gifts so they called to cm in couple so I and my wife nita bohra went there and attended the seminar .the sales man Mr.bhavesh asked us that do u hv credit card so I Said yes so he told me to hv my licence and credit card so I gave him and then he bought one form and told us to sign in it so we asked him for what and he told us that this is formalities we hv to do so i[censored] agree to become member we will use this form and go further otherwise we will cancel it.so I said ok then he asked that what is ur credit limit but I was not fully aware of my credit limit so I said I am not knowing then ke told that ok I try to swipe card and if transaction is done it will ok.till now I w as not knowing wht was gng on.then he said that ur pacage is of 211000 and we hv withdraw 61000 from ur credit and debit card rest u hv to pay it so I said that right now I don't want to bcm member I will think abt it and decide so he said now nothing can happen u hv to bcm member now otherwise ur money is lost.yet now no photos and any document I hv given rather then my licence.and now daily his call is cmg and he mentally torturing me and forcing me to hv the money .u only tell wht I can do now .I am not financially too much sound and I became a part of scam pls help me and gv suggestions for getting my money back.kindly help me my c in getting back my money and one thing also sir he said that he has withdrawn 61000 and he wrote in form and he withdraw 79000 .my contact no is [protected]

                                Hi All,

                                I am resident Maharastra. On 9th last month, I had a telephone call from Country Vacations Office from Calicut telling that I am one of the lucky winner drwan from recen GKSF, free stay with family for 7 days in five star category resorts in India or our neighboring countries. To collect the same I should be present their office at Calicut with spouse the next day itself. Accordingly we went and we are told to attend their session about club activites.Finally they brainwashed us, as a result we purchased their club membership for 30 years for 1,80,000/and paid Rs 25000/ by my credit card balance amount by EmI. When we reached home we checked their website and found many complaints against them for cheating, unethical approach, unfair trading etc. The very next day sent a letter to cancel my membership and to refund my money paid. Again I sent registered letter to refund the amount which I paid. But till this date I didn't get any reply, now more than one month. Kindly requesting to arrange the refund at the earliest since credit card payment attracts heavy interest.


                                I would like to advise all:

                                1. Please don't respond to such calls
                                2. If you respond also don't accept for membership on immediate basis. Please look their resorts, clubs 1 or 2 times and verify all their sales team given information.
                                3. Ask each and every small point as written on bond paper with signatures and then, you pay money once you satisfy.
                                4.Better to take less/ small period membership instead of long period.

                                  We took a country club membership on 2nd may 2012 paying rs. 1.1 lakh in their aundh office in pune. During sales pitch they promised that a welcome kit would be sent which would have all the details regarding events and other info. Three weeks holiday vouchers would also be couriered. We have made at least 50 calls to the local sales person sandeep kanojia and his associate bhagyashree but each time they had a lame excuse for why they have not been able to provide the same. After 4 months of follow up, we decided to cancel the membership and went to their office on 2nd september 2012. The sales person was not to be seen anywhere and a shabbily dressed guy walked in by the name of samuel lal claiming himself to be the customer care head dealt with us. He promised that the vouchers will be sent to us on 4th september 2012. In between all the conversation, he was casual enough to receive a friend's call and laugh with him on some search engine issue. However, we left their office hoping to receive the vouchers. As usual, they failed to deliver their promise. On calling samuel on 6th september, he made some lame excuse of being out of town etc. On 7th sep, we decided to make a final attempt. He DID not pick out call and then I sent him an sms asking him to either send the vouchers today itself or we will be cancelling the membership. There was no response from his end. Later, we called the sandeep kanojia, our sales spoc and told him that we will be cancelling the membership if we do not receive the vouchers today. He spoke back very rudely to me saying 'dhamki dene ke liye call nahi karne ka mujhe' and hung up.

                                  I am requesting you to help me get a full refund for this membeship. Under no circumstance, am I willing to continue the same with them. Please extend your support

                                    Complaint is regarding the poor service I am getting from Country Club. I took the blue membership from Country club in Aug 2011 which entitles me to apply for Vacation 30 days in advance. I tried many times but I am not getting the desired vacation any time. I even tried 3 months in advance then also I am not getting vacation. These guys only talk about money and installments. I have already paid Rs. 28000. But could n't get even a single vacation. No one picks up the call at the reservation centre as well. Please file a complain against them for poor service. I want to withdraw my membership from them and need refund of my fee.
