I have purchased one Voucher for Rs.5499/- on 22-May-2012 by paying through online. I have send the DD on 6-May-2013 for redemption of my Voucher. My Booking ID: 10385861. When every I call they say we have not received till date. But as per the Indian Post website my post Speed post had been delivered on 08-May-2013. Please help me in this regard.
