sir the company is froad company the company donot giving me my money after 50 days the amt is 6995 i also mail in which the company says we give u money in 6 7 days but after 50 days no money in my ac i also remind the company by mail every five days but no response plz help me i am in trouble

my self faiyaz i got booked my holiday packege at 1 august 6995 but by fraud they took my payment twice i requst them that only one is for packege second payment by mistake but they never give and also not provide me any kind of service till today i request them in diwali vacation for goa trip but they not gave and than after i had manage my self in last movment. now i want my money back 6995 + 6995 = 13990
and also take action of whole team of time 2 trips like FRAUD NO 1 RANBEER SHINGH, IMRAN, AND MANY PEOPLE WHO TALK WITH PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT NAME
