With regard to our Singapore tour last June 2014 from Muscat, it was total disaster. No words to explain our problems and worries. Totally unprofessional. Apart from service we have to get back our money from them, they have been promising me since one year but no response. Due to their negligence we were forced to buy our Air ticket from Singapore to Kaulalumpur which they promised will refund to me after tour. The amount is approx Sing dollar 1450/= which was around Rs.74000 +. we are family of 4 adults Indian - NRI living in Muscar. I called them several times but no response. please help!!!
