Before payment of a flight ticket booking, they have shown on Rs. 5842/-. after that no confirmation about PNR.
after 30 mins they call from a delhi landline no in the night 11.30 saying "fare of the flight has been increased by 300 Rs. and you need to pay the additional amount, otherwise PNR can not be generated".
whereas already the money has been debited from my credit card,
now they are neither giving any confirmation of the PNR nor giving refund instruction. I can not book another flight. and flight fares are increasing.
They have cheated. I want complete money back urgently with compensation.
