Travelkhana.com — cash charged despite payment was made

Hi, ordered food from travelkhana for my mother and paid online rs, 525, the the notification was received. Despite that delivery boy of travel khana created chaos at a1 (Yashwantpur - lucknow express) and asked money from my mother.

Because she did not all the money she only bought veg biryani on cash whereas entire order was fully paid.
