Hi, ordered food from travelkhana for my mother and paid online rs, 525, the the notification was received. Despite that delivery boy of travel khana created chaos at a1 (Yashwantpur - lucknow express) and asked money from my mother.

Because she did not all the money she only bought veg biryani on cash whereas entire order was fully paid....

I ordered food in Vivek express at Lonavala station on 30. 12.2016 vide order id 720420. The order was for 2 Paneer combos (butter panneer masala curry + 3 butter phulkas in each combo) and one veg pulao. I made the online payment of ₹335. At Lonavala the guy handed over a packet to me and rushed out. On checking I got only 1 Paneer combo and two plain rotis and 1plain rice. My order no is 346361 booked on 10/12/15...i booked food for my 55 years old mother at patna station for train no 12352 ...she was on medical visit from jasidih to patna and within an hout back from patna to jasidih via train no 12352...i booked food one day in advance through trvel by giving all explanation about what i m looking for. at a sudden seat no got changed regarding which i got confirmaion from irctc...i called up trvel khana 4-5...
