With a company named Traveller Gateway from Delhi, I have booked a tour for Kerela starting in the month of October for 5 Adults.
Package was of 80 K including flights(to and from Pune-Cochin), accomodation in 3start, all transffers n sightseeing.I was asked to deposit 50% of amount i.e. 40 K initial stage and rest was to be deposited in the month of travel.As informed by the Executive named Dhruv Sharma, flights were booked and couple of rooms also.After about a fortnight they again asked to deposit 10 k more for Room Bookings n all, which we made.
However tickets were not given to us.When we enquired at the hotel booked, booking was definitely done but the details provided were nopt exact for eg for a kid of 13.5 years, they have booked for 9 year old, where the Hotel Authority informed us that you need to give extra charges.
When we communicated this to Mr. Dhruv, he conveyed it would be taken care of and they asked for more 10k deposit which we declined saying please complete the previous booked hotels properly for which they were not doing.
When we threaten to cancel and returning of teh amount deposited(50K), they were not responding to phone, mails were getting bounced back and when we contacted at the postal adress given, it was found to be non exixtent.
We have lost 50k deposited.We do have the proof of transaction done online and the confirmation given by them but cannot do much.

When we were searching on net, we got a company on similar names i.e. Vacation gateway with the Executive name Dhruv Sharma against whom the complaints were registered against fraud and duping of passengers and giving false promises.
