Traveller Gateway Complaints & Reviews

I have booked a package for Leh-Ladakh through this traveller gateway with agent named Rajiv Mehta mobile no:[protected]. I have paid 21000 rs in july which is half the amount for the package. But when they didnt give any confirmation about cab, I have cancelled the booking. They sent me mail saying they will refund my money in 21days. But I still have not received any money. Currently all the no's are all switched off.

I booked kerala tour package through this company in 25000/- for 8 persons for
5 night 6 days hotel and cabs facality. according to telephonic contract 15000/- paid now and rest amount in kerala. but some days executive said me package not possible in this amount if you pay 5000/- more and 7000/- now.
I provide full hotel and cab voucher. i paid 7000 (total 22000/- in the package of 30000/-). but after paid the amount no detail...

I booked the Goa travel vacation using Traveller Gateway. But they failed to give me hotel booking after taking advanced from me. After that when i tried to contact the company, the service desk person talks very rudely & says "We will not give any kind of refund back, if you want can file complaint in consumer forum "

I had booked a package through traveller gateway for nanital and jim corbett for a group of 9 for inr 85, 000 and was dealing with sales executive aryan singh. On 26jul16, aryan singh sent us the final itinerary and package cost and asked us to pay 50% of the total booking amount. We made the online payment of inr 50, 000 to the ‘traveller gateway’ bank account on 27jul16 and received a confirmation email the same day from the company....

With a company named Traveller Gateway from Delhi, I have booked a tour for Kerela starting in the month of October for 5 Adults.
