[Resolved]  Traveller Gateway — Not provide tour package detail

Dear sir, Reg –Frauded by tour agency I booked a package through traveller gateway for kerala for 5 nights 6 days from 06/10/2016 to 11/10/2016 in august 2016.In 25000(twenty five thousand)some amount have to be paid now and some amount in kerala, through mail and telephonie I talked to sales executive of this agency. Then after I paid Rs 15000/-(fifteen thousand) he promised me that he will send me full detail of hotel name, address and cab drivers name and detail .But after that they ignored my calls regularly. I was shocked but I had no option and then after other executive called me and said that this package is not possible in this amount if you pay 5000/- (five thousand )more then total package value will be 30000(thirty thousand) and 7000(seven thousand)have to be paid now. He would provide me full detail immediately, after long discussion I paid 7000(seven thousand ) but again same problem occurred, they ignored my calls regularly .I regularly called that no. but they didn’t replied .Finally again after some days they called me and said if you will pay rest full amount then I would provide detail. I request him to provide me detail and according to agreement I will pay rest amount in kerala but they didn’t agreed .Then I requested him to plz provide details of only twenty two thousands later I managed but invane, then I requested him if the package is not possible then refund my amount but he did not provided me detail and didn’t refund amount also.
