Travelyaari.com — Balance has been deducted twice for my account,refund has not been received yet.

I booked a ticket for your kashmiri gate from ragarganj market on 01 march 2020 for the first time, booked a 15 seat number, then 780 ruppes balance went though my account and the message did not come, we spoke in gonda office. That you book this seat, the money will come back, but the balance has not come in our account yet. For the second time, we booked 22 seats and went 780 rs and the message arrived.
