[Resolved] Travelyaari.com — Bus cancellation refund | |||||
I booked a bus ticket for my uncle from "travelyaari.com" . But the BUS is cancelled before the departure time itself. So my uncle could not travel through the bus. Second day, when I requested for refund, the travelyaari customer care said that the bus was not cancelled and passenger also travelled through the bus. Then I called the Bus owner/dealer (Sai Travels, near Shantidoot Hotel, Dadar) and asked about the refund. He said that the refund process is already started and the money is refunded. But I didn't get any amount. Please help me to get the refund back into my account. The ticket details are as follows: Bus ticket number is[protected] and PNR is [protected].
