[Resolved] Travelyaari.com — bus operator cancelled bus but i did not receive refund | |||
Hi, My name is yogesh kesawalekar. Registered email address with travelyaari : yogesh. [protected]@gmail.com Contact number registered with travelyaari : [protected] Ticket number [protected] Pnr number :[protected] I had booked a bus ticket from dhule to pune on 30th august through travelyaari. Bus operator (Ankush bus) called me 3-4 hours before departure and said that bus is cancelled and he can adjust me in a swift desire cab.. I said i have booked a ticket for bus sleeper and will not travel by car. Bus operator said that i can contact travelyaari and get a refund from them. I have sent emails to travelyaari several times because their customer service number is not contactable as it says they only resolve issue through emails. Its been 10 days and i have not yet received my refund. I had paid rs 1935. I am extremely disappointed with the travelyaari. Was this information helpful? | |||

Please note, the refund is processed against the said transaction on 5th oct 2020. Please request you to check the amount status with your bank's card issuing department.
