Travelyaari.com — Bus was cancelled on 25/09/2020 till date not receive refund

Dear travelyaari team,
I was booked a ticket for Pune to Amravati for the date of 25/09/2020, of bus Balaji Tour's and Travels for the timing of 8:00 Pm, but the bus is cancelled and bus operator and also from Your travelyaari team, no one is informed me @ bus cancellation.
Now it's almost 10 days are passed away and I'm not getting any refund amount on my credit card
