I am writing to express my concern regarding the cancellation charges applied to my recent ticket cancellation.

Due to an unavoidable emergency, I had to cancel my ticket more than 30 hours prior to the scheduled departure. However, I was surprised to see that 70% of the ticket amount was deducted as a cancellation charge. Given the advance notice of over 30 hours, I believe this deduction is quite excessive and does not seem proportionate.

I kindly request you to review this matter and consider a partial refund of the deducted amount. I would appreciate any flexibility or goodwill gesture in this situation.
