        I have booked a ticket on travel yaari from Delhi to Patiala for my travel on 27th November which was being auto cancelled and i got a message saying that refund will be initiated, and i am yet to receive that. The message was received on 24th of November and hence i booked another ticket from Delhi to Patiala for my travel on 28th November. i waited at the bus stop for 2 hours and the bus didn't arrive and their customer care number was also not reachable. still i am unable to contact them and no refund has been received so far. I did all my research on their website also and it's of no use

          I had booked 1 ticket from Pune to Kalamb 5/11/2020 and payment done travelyaari App but Bus operator call on 5/11/2020 at 11:40 AM and said bus is canceled. after that I going to cancel ticket through Travelyaari App but every time error has come and Ticket not cancel form App. After that called to bus operator, he said your booking canceled and you will get refund.
          But today 26/11/2020 I have not received my refund Rs- 854

          Kindly do the needful for getting my refund.

                                    I was booked a ticket for Amravati to Pune for the date of 26/09/2020, of bus Royal Chintamani for the timing of 7:00 Pm, but the bus is cancelled and bus operator and also from Your travelyaari team, no one is informed me @ bus cancellation.

                                        Yesterday (14 oct.2020) i book ticket from pangaon to pune(gauri travels)for 15th oct2020 . The travels get cancelled because of some issue.The travelyaari app shows that journey is completed. Pls check that and refund me. I tried to contact your office through phone number but thats not working. I hope you'll address my grievances.Even the emai id provided in app doesn't work.
