Travelyaari.com — deducted money for failed transaction and need refund

Hi all,

This is second time tht i am raising this complaint.
On 13-mar-2019, i tried to book ticket from pune-nanded for khushal travels of amount 711.
The transaction is successful from bank side (Hdfc bank) and then it got failed inbetween at travelyaari payment portal side.
Also i haven't received any type of notification from travelyaari.
I contacted to bank regarding this but they suggested me to contact travelyaari.
The transaction details are as follows;

Mode : hdfc netbanking
Trasaction ref number : [protected]
Trasaction narration :luqhq5mean6khowq/payutravelyaaricom
Amount : 711.00
Trasnaction date : 13-mar-2019

Please do the verification and revert my payment asap.
