Yesterday i was travelling from pune to yavatmal 6pm bus, and one of staff member was forcing me to change my seat inbetween. Passengers r booking online seats as per their convinience and is staff not aware that people are paying extra for seats if it's single seats then how can any staff member could force any passenger to change their seat and shift to double sharing seat that to without providing any valid reason?
His behaviour was wrost. Also in the morning he refused to take stop at darda nagar yavatmal since i had a bag n he wasn't ready to unload it and refuse to stop the bus by providing very fullish reasons. I know the name of that staff member, still i dnt to mention it here. It's not like i m complaining for him which can take off his job also. But it's my humble request to saini to provide some behavioural training to staff members before hiring them. This was wrost experience i had this time and i m not sure whether i will prefer saini in future or not but definitely i will post this message as public on some portal so that staff members would get to know about rights of passengers. Suggestions from my side for better service like chintamani is providing reserved numbers to ladies passagers if they r facing any problems inbetween of the journey, there is number provided to whom ladies can complain. Please start such service in saini as well as its a need to situation.
