With reference to pnr no [protected] for journey date 25 jun 2018 the bus didn’t ply as there was a strike of punbus. I have already requested for a refund for same with multiple requests and complaints and yet same hasn’t been done for past 2 months. I have already been promised a refund but nothing has moved yet.
