Hi As today i have booking for bus from delhi t9 chandigarh and i was on way to reach bus stop i called on no given bus ticket issued by your website and told them i m on way will reach in another 5 minutes they didn't helped i missed bus just from 5 minutes how can be someone so unkind i want my money back here is my ticket detail. I had booked the ticket on 12 Nov 23:00 from Lucknow to azamgarh from upsrtc bus in favor of Ajeetabh but the bus had got canceled.in this regard the telephonic complaints was raised for refund which is not initiated yet.
The mobile no was [protected] birth no 16
Kindly aarnge the refund at the earliest
