I have travelled from bangalore to bellary bus ticket u13 on dated 13.10.2017
I paid through debit card in net for rs.346/- the same debited in my yes bank. But not confirmed the ticket. Again i tried to pay and debited again rs.346/- 2 nd time ticket confirmed with seat no u 13 in kusuma travels bus
Kusuma travels bus journey from bangalore to bellary on dated 13.10.2017. Twice debited my account rs.346/- from my yes bank account. Please refund rs.346/-

We have received payment towards Payu id# 11876624. We have asked our accounts department to process the same on high priority. It would be credited in the next 5-7 working days as per bank refund procedure (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays).

I regret to inform you, that till now the refund amount not yet credited in my account. If you not send the refund amount Rs.346 to my bank account. I will take action on travel yari. I will just not keep quiet with loss.
