Sir/madam I had booked tickets two times on your punbus app (Travelyaari.com). At each booking, my money is deducted from my account but there is booking failure & hence no ticket is booked for me. I request you to please kindly refund my money for all two tickets booked by me due to booking failure at your end. This is totally unprofessional & harassment for customers.
