I made a transaction with phonepe app of amount rs 1805 but i haven't got any tickets. I've talked to phonepe customer care and they said money is credited in merchant's account that is travelyaari. I booked 2 tickets from travelyaari for 10th feb 2019 to travel from new delhi to ludhiana. I cancelled thoise 2 tickets and it was conveyed that the money will be refunded back but no message of money being deposited came on my mobile number. Kindly look into the matter. My pnr number is[protected] and ticket no is[protected]
