      Dear sir,

      I had booked bus tickets on line from mumbai - yavatmal, chintami travels

      At night on 14.09.20 at 11.40 pm near about, but either tickets has not confirm nor refund has been credited to mt credit card. Of rs:-1394/- hence another day bty other source i reach to yavatmal, message had come due to office difficulty unable to confirn your tickets.

      Please refund my amount of rs.:-1394/- in my credit card very urgently so that your rating and goodwill will maintain.

        On date 20/09/2020 i book a ticket on your app form jaipur to hanumangarh my payment is deducted from my account but my ticket is not shown anyware not in my app, mail or sms so traveller not allow me in the but then i book a new ticket from a travel counter. So now i want my full refund. Tommorow i also complaint on [protected]@travelyaari.com my complaint ticket id is - 238388

            Hi,

            I had done booking on 4th sept 2020 (Pnr no[protected], bus is cancelled by operator but money not yet refunded.
            Now bus operator is not taking any complaint they are telling that we cancelled bus & told you immediately after ticket booking. Also they are saying that you have complaint to travelyaari.

            Plz solve this issue.

              Hi,

              My name is yogesh kesawalekar.

              I had booked a bus ticket from dhule to pune on 30th august through travelyaari.

              Bus operator (Ankush bus) called me 3-4 hours before departure and said that bus is cancelled and he can adjust me in a swift desire cab..

              I said i have booked a ticket for bus sleeper and will not travel by car.

              Bus operator said that i can contact travelyaari and get a refund from them.

              I have sent emails to travelyaari several times because their customer service number is not contactable as it says they only resolve issue through emails.

              Its been 10 days and i have not yet received my refund.

              I had paid rs 1935.

              I am extremely disappointed with the travelyaari.

              Please note, the refund is processed against the said transaction on 5th oct 2020. Please request you to check the amount status with your bank's card issuing department. The bank's concerned department number is mentioned on the flip side of the card for support.

                  This ticket was cancelled immediately i got cancellation message.
                  On confirm cancellation: booking cancelled for Malegaon-Pune, Vaibhav Bus, 16-Aug, Seat No:5L, 16L, Pickup point manmad choufully.
                  Please provide me the refund of amount 2793/- as bus agency told me your ticket is cancelled from online travel partner i.e Travelyaari.
                  I have not travelled on that ticket as ticket was cancelled but still no refund
                  Also none of your customer care is picking calls [protected], [protected], [protected] while calling this no.s all no.s shown switchoff it was very hectic i am suffering lot die to it.

                    I kalpak niarj sontakke, booked a bus ticket on www.travelyaari.com on dt.27/07/2020 for traveling from mumbai to parbhani (Dt. Of journey 01/07/2020 & 02/07/2020 round trip). While booking i have make a complete payment of journey. (Onward & return).
                    The bus booked for travelling is amaal, s travel. According to booking details i arrived at pick up point in sion circle, mumbai befor time of departure
                    ... I was waiting for bus... But bus not arrived.. And i try to contact them (Amaal, s bus) for further information but no-one picked up a phone...
                    I want to recover my whole transfer money... Did with travelyaari & amaal, s bus.
                    Please reply... For immediate action for refund of my money...

                        I booked a ticket for your kashmiri gate from ragarganj market on 01 march 2020 for the first time, booked a 15 seat number, then 780 ruppes balance went though my account and the message did not come, we spoke in gonda office. That you book this seat, the money will come back, but the balance has not come in our account yet. For the second time, we booked 22 seats and went 780 rs and the message arrived.

                              Sir yesterday 15/06/20 i was booking for jaisalmer to baroda from travelyaari. And bus service operator cancelling bus due to some reason and i not get my refund yet. I need money because i want to go back vadodara but i dont have money for travelling so give me my money back fast. And nobody reciving call from customer care service.

                                I call another this tymbut this no shows switch off

                                        I booked bus ticket using travelyaari.com on 27th may 2020 for 1st june 2020 from chandigarh to gurugram. But on the day when i was supposed to depart from chandigarh, travellers agency informed that bus will not go to gurugram because administration have not provided the permission. Hence i tried to cancell my ticket by using ticket cancellation process in travelyaari.com but, ticket was not cancelled. I also tried travelyaari's customer care no. But those no. Are also not working.
                                        So now how can i cancel my ticket if not cancelled then will sue notice from legal department for further action.
