Hi team, I had book gujrat travel ticket for pune to baroda and set drop location to amit nagar in baroda but at the end moment in between travel they change the drop location and drop to out side of the city which so far away from my drop location. "7 baje ke bad no entry ho jati he baroda me is wajah se highwy par hi utar te he pesenger ko sir or unho ne jorny ki he us wajah se unako ham refount nahi de sakate." However, they apologized for the discomfort caused & assured that such instances wouldn't happen in future. They agreed to provide rs 50/- partial refund as auto charges. We have asked our accounts department to process the same on high priority. It would be credited in the next 7-10 working days (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays). I have already booked tickets from Mumbai to nanded dated on 5th June. our proposed journey dated on 4th . So we had to cancel our tickets at that time. They did not refund us.
