Travlook — Fake site and fraud employee sale the airlines ticket

I booked one flight ticket form BBI to MAA from Travolook on dated 11.11.2021 amount will deducted from my account Rs.5043 but ticket not booked only reference id is generated and no sit booking . I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 7 working days. I will call to toll free number so many times but every time they will simply assurance to me that next week your money will credited in your account. but still i am not yet received my amount Rs. 5043. and so many times i also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap
