Travlook — Refund not receive from travlook

This is Chandra Prakash, i booked flight ticket from travlook on Sep 1st of amount 4732 . I received call and mail for cancellation and refund initiated but till today 18th Oct, i did not receive yet. I called customer support many times and also sent mail but no result.
