I did a booking from KOL to GAU on 05.04.2021 through your TRAVO LOOK website but the ticket was not confirmed.After that a mail from your Travo Look came which said the booking has been cancelled.

Refund amount-3744/-
After which, I mailed them regarding the issue 5th April 2021 but till date they have not refunded me.
