On 24 June, 2021, I book flight with Travolook from Guwahati to Imphal and right after debiting my account, I got email as well as a call from customer care that my reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason. And the refund will be initiated within 10-15 days but now it's already one month. While trying to call customer care it doesn't
responded. In mail also I have enquired three times but no positive response....

I was booked my flight from guwahati to delhi on 4th june 2021 and flight was cancled by travolook..Yet i did not recieve my refund of 4723 rs...

I did a booking from KOL to GAU on 05.04.2021 through your TRAVO LOOK website but the ticket was not confirmed.After that a mail from your Travo Look came which said the booking has been cancelled.
