[Resolved] Travo Look — Refund amount not credited | |||||
On 24 June, 2021, I book flight with Travolook from Guwahati to Imphal and right after debiting my account, I got email as well as a call from customer care that my reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason. And the refund will be initiated within 10-15 days but now it's already one month. While trying to call customer care it doesn't responded. In mail also I have enquired three times but no positive response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 24, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Refund will be initiated after 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazette Holiday. But it's a month now they haven't credit back. And their immediate assistance number (0124-643-4800) also not responding. | |||||
