Travolook — Booking cancelled and no refund provided even after 1 month | |||||
I booked a flight ticket from Kolkata to Bangalore on 27th May, 2021. Immediately after the booking I received a mail saying my booking has been cancelled due to operational reasons. They promised I will get a full refund. It has been more than a month now and I haven't received any refund. I have called the customer care almost 20 times. everytime they say they will give the money but they don't. I have sent them so many mails they don't respond.I m waiting from a month now.
