[Resolved] Travolook — Refund not provided after automatic flight cancellation
I booked a flight for Goa to Delhi for 14th October 2022 on 4th June 2022 from https://www.travolook.in/ named as Travolook. After doing payment of Rs.4258 through UPI, they cancelled my flight and gave me a reason that my flight was cancelled due to Fare Changes. Then I called their customer care, they told me that I will get complete refund within 5 to 7 Working Days. They even mailed me same afterwards.
But, After several emails and calls, Even after 15 days, the refund is not credited to my account and when I email them, they say the same that I will get refund within 5-7 Working days over email and says that wait for 1-2 days over call.
They disobeyed their company policy of refund within 5-7 days and cheated me of Rs.4258. Now they are mentally challenging me. Now its a mental harrassment for me without a mistake.
When I call them for refund they make me wait for minimum 30 minutes before answering my call and everytime they tell me to wait 1-2 more days to get refund. And today they stopped responding to my query when I asked them for my refund and their behaviour of making fool everytime.
I am attaching all the emails and call recordings that I had with them and how they are fooling people.
Please take strict action against them so that they credit my refund and don't cheat people in future.

I executed following steps: 1. Cyber Cell Complaint for Fraud. 2. Consumer Forum Complaint. 3. Complaint against Company on Legal India. 4. Reported transaction to the Bank. 5. Sending them Email on regular basis. Last, Calling on their support number regularly for the updates and constant emails telling them that i have filed complaint and sending complaints as attachments.
