Travolook — Refund amount credit issue | |||||
I booked Air ticket with travolook on 23.03.2021 for Vizag to hyd for 26.05.2021 and return ticket for 06.04.2021. I initiate for cancellation of ticket on 24.04.2021 to travolook and same has been confirm by them by mail that your ticket has been cancelled, however i started getting indigo air line confirm ticket message for boarding scheduled just before the schedule departure, when i approached to indigo airlines and asked how i getting message for boarding with reminder when i already initiated to cancel ticket with travolook, they said that your ticket has not been cancelled by travolook, then i immeditely asked the air lines to cancel the booking and air line confirmed that refund will be sent to Travolook and you can claim from them, however travolook confirm that you will not get refund as it is not refundable. • When i requested to cancel the ticket with travolook more than month before why the ticket was not cancelled by them, we already have mail proof. • If re-fund was not available how indigo has confirmed that refund will be sent to travolook and you can claim the same from them.
