Travolook — Refund Not Initiated Even After a Month | |||||
I booked a ticket through Travolook with (Ref No - REF[protected] for Indigo Airlines. Money got deducted but the ticket did not. Later got a call and email stating that due to some stupid "Fare Expiration" reason the ticket was not booked and money will be refunded within 10-15 business days to my account. But it has been more than a month now and money is not refunded. I have sent 3 emails with no response received .When I call up the customer care team, they say they dont have any update and ask to wait few more days without any proof. When asked for a Supervisor or a Manager they say nobody works in their company and its just the cust care team. How disgusting and irresponsible is this? I want to SUE this company for holding and keeping my money in their account and eating interest on it for a month. Was this information helpful? | |||||
