Travolook — Travolook not Refunding my cancelled flight ticket amount

I booked my ticket from Pune to Patna for GoAir, Filght has been cancelled and GoAir cleared all the formalities for refund but Travolook not refunded my amount.

Updated by Subodhkumarshukla Travolook asking for refund Debit card no, pin, cvc, mobile no, expiry date etc. Its clearly means that is fraud company.
General rules for any company is refund on the booking account automatically but its asking the details of the Debit Card, very strange.
