We started the project 2 years back and mathew signed the contract. We paid him half money and nothing delivered till now. Every day he says delivery done today but nothing is done till now. Now he does not pick calls and not replying emails. I sent one of my person to their office but he could not find that office. Trawex people are crook and because of them i am late in launching my website for more than 2 years. Its seems its 2-3 people company, taking money and not delivering anything. The team at trawex are extremely gracious in serving our customers and the deplorable comments that you have put up as feedback are nothing but a complete travesty of truth and has been executed with a seemingly malicious intent and we believe is fabricated by a competitor. We shall also be writing to the www.consumercomplaints.in management to immediately take this discreditable post off their review site. Thank you. Recently our company got an email asking for money .And Later we came to know review is posted by the same company who asking for money to remove review.
