I order iphone 12 64 gb Black color from flipkart and I received iphone 12 mini mobile and i also received bill of iPhone 12.I have requested for return from past 2 days but they are not approving my request +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (5)

I ordered basic phone it was defected and seller TREASURE HAUL ONLINE rejected my return on flip kart

Lodge grievance on National Consumer Helpline immediately.

After I lodged my complaint with NCH yesterday because even though I cancelled my order within an hour of placing an order for a Motorola e32s, TreasureHaulOnline purposely didn't release the refund for 6 days.

When NCH connected with Flipkart about my grievance, within 1 day TreasureHaulOnline sent the refund. Jago Grahak Jago!
