I purchased this phone on the 2nd of July and got it delivered by the 4th of July. I have been facing issues using this phone since day one and I have been requesting a replacement because the seller does not have a refund policy but Flipkart and this seller are rejecting my replacement request continuously. There is no way of contracting the seller plus Flipkart is keeping me on a loop so that the time for replacement ends and I be stuck with this pathetic, defective device Was this information helpful? |
After I lodged my complaint with NCH yesterday because even though I cancelled my order within an hour of placing an order for a Motorola e32s, TreasureHaulOnline purposely didn't release the refund for 6 days.
When NCH connected with Flipkart about my grievance, within 1 day TreasureHaulOnline sent the refund. Jago Grahak Jago!
