Trip Arena — Tickets Cancelled without intimating and now no one is answering the phone.

We had booked 2 tickets from trip arena on 16th June, recently when I called British airways they said that my tickets were cancelled. And now no one from trip Arena is picking up the phone all are either switched off or not reachable. When I mailed them repeatedly they tried to give false promises that you will get your tickets by tomorrow.But tomorrow never came.My flight is on 14th August and my booking reference is showing invalid.I initially thought they might have cancelled it unknowingly but later when I went through some forum, I came to know they do this with most of them, harassment is a part of Trip arena.
