Same Case, We had booked 2 tickets from trip arena on 16th june, recently when I called british airways they said that my tickets were cancelled.And now no one from trip Arena is picking up the phone all are either switched off or not reachable.When I mailed them repeatedly they tried to give false promises that you will get your tickets by tomorrow.But the tomorrow never came.My flight is on 14 Aug and now I have no Tickets.Trip arena gives fraud promises better to book from some renowned Agent.

I had a similar experience. I had booked two tickets with them. They gave me confirmed tickets for Lufthansa Airlines and after a week both the tickets were cancelled.
I called Lufthansa airlines and they told me the tickets were cancelled because the credit card payment did not go through on the card that was used. They also asked me the name of Travel Agency that I had booked my tickets, and when I mentioned TripArena, they told that they are not listed as travel agent in their system and told me that it could be a possible fraud.
I tried contacting them via phone and email but they did not seem to respond. When I finally caught hold of them, they mentioned that it happened due to their system failure and would re-book the tickets. It has been 4 days since then, they have been promising of sending the tickets by end of day everyday. But till date I have not any tickets.

They are not a legit company. Don't use their services!! Find a well known agent.

I purchased a round trip ticket from TripArena for my elderly mother. When I noticed that my ticket has been cancelled I had to bug and beg for days to get it reissued. She travelled on that ticket from India to USA. Tomorrow she is suppose to go back and I cound out that her ticket has been cancelled. Air India customer service tells me that ticket was refunded to travel agent.

Trip Arena and its CEO Abby should be prosecuted and this scam should be stopped.

triparenaonline.com is a fraud by Rajesh Kharade (could be a fake name, he rented Chandigarh office and his Delhi Drivers License is fake) and i'm trying to get India/USA authorities catch the fraudster.

I was also deceived by them. They used a credit card of someone from New Jersey, U.S. to book the flight. I was feeling something fishy because they didn't respond the request to change the flight, so I visited the airline office near me and found out about the credit card fraud. I was lucky because I paid with credit card and noticed soon. I wrote letter to airline company and credit card and submitted copy of e-mail conversation with Trip Arena, and sent the link of this page. My credit card company gave me refund and the airline company is still investigating.

I booked through Trip arena, and when I went to airport to check in I was told I do not have a valid ticket despite paying for four full fare tickets and not allowed to board the flight. I had gone through Trip arena through sulekha.com.

Please do not use trip arena, or sulekha for your travel needs, sulekha.com does not care, and trip arena is a scam making money illegaly by duping hardworking people. These people should be traced and brought to justice, so more people are spared from the mental and financial anguish.

I was cheated by Trip Arena I booked ticket in Aug and now I got a message from Qatar airways that payment from credit card is not honoured and the ticket is not valid. We have to ensure he is booked for cheating and fraud. Be careful never use this travels, zero or negative rating

I just got hit by these scamsters. I somehow feel makemytrip.com guys are involved/leaking info to these scamsters.

On Aug 26th, I made an enquiry for To and Fro tickets from Hyderabad to US for my Parents with makemytrip.com. I made this enquiry through makemytrip chat. He took my details and said will get back to me. WIthin 30 minutes, i got a call from TripArenaonline guy with a reasonably cheaper quote. They provided me two options of payments, 1. deposit in India for the ICICI Account they've provided. 2. Provided the Link for payment through Credit card. Fortunately, I opted for credit card option. I made the payment on Aug 26th, got the tickets on Sep 1st after i made numerous calls and emails for the ticket.

One way(Hyd to US) went through fine, while going back on December 23rd(Today) British airways didn't allow boarding as the tickets were suspended due to non processing of payment.

Going by the other complaints, they must have operated for 1 month around August and September, made tons of money then disappear. While coming back from Airport, I was trying to locate the address mentioned in TripArena(Its in Atlanta), Guess what the Address is fake.

I'm pretty sure that MAKEMYTRIP.com guys are involved in this scam, they had a fair share in leaking our info. I will never ever visit or do business with MAKEMYTRIP.

I hope I'm will get my refund through my credit card, however i feel for the others who might have made the purchase through debit cards/cash transactions.

Hi, I'm from India...Last year, I booked airline tickets from an online site called Triparenaonline.com. The tickets were for travel from Bombay to London via Virgin Atlantic airlines. I had made the payment to Triparenaonline, via CC. The booking seemed legitimate, and it even showed-up on the Virgin Atlantic Airlines official website. We had made the booking more than month in advance, from the intended date of travel. We made the booking in June 2014, and the flight was scheduled for July 2014.

Unfortunately, around 2 weeks after making the booking we requested Triparenaonline for a cancellation, since we could not travel, due to an issue with our visa. After Several calls, and emails to Triparenaonline, we finally got a response from them, saying that It is NOT Triparenaonline's policy to refund tickets. However, they we willing to extend the ticket validity to upto 1 year. They even agreed to transfer the ticket to another person, another date, or even another Airline, withing a 1 year window.

Finally, in December 2014, one of our relatives informed us that they would be travelling to London in March 2015, and that we could transfer the ticket to them, if we wanted to. Since then, I've been trying to get in touch with Triparenaonline. I've sent them several emails, but most of the emails I send to [protected]@gmail.com (This was the email address used for correspondence before and after the booking. It worked at that time) bounce back. I have even left several messages on their site, but have not received any response from them. I have tried calling their TOLL FREE phone numbers on[protected]INDIA) and[protected], but either I can’t get through, or if I do, it just keeps ringing.

Upon reading-up online, on I found that there are several people who claim to have been duped by this company, and that this company is a scam.

Now, what I would like to know what action we can take against these guys, and try and get my money back. I would really appreciate it

Hi I am also one of the victims of Trip Arena ...they cancelled my ticket when we were returning to USA from India.I have lodged a complaint with Internet crime control team in USA ...I have decided sue them no matter what happens and I have proof of cancellation of ticket because Qatar airways did not let us board the flight...
