Worst trip. Kind of cheaters. Beware from this travel agent, my trip to singapore became worst, hope others should not suffer. They basally take book your hotel, after taking the money they will call and tell all crap like the hotel is full & then they try to find cheaper category room.in my case i booked for 4 person room with my family, just to make it cheaper they booked 2 person room. Then finally i have to more than 200$ to upgrade the room.
The 4 star hotel the book is v hotel lavender... Have cocroach in the room, & room stink like any thing. Worst than 2 star hotel. I will never ever book it again from "trip factory"
