I’ve been planning a Thailand trip for my family this July, but I’m totally confused with so many travel portals offering different packages. Some are showing hidden costs after booking, and a few didn’t respond after payment inquiry. I want something transparent and budget-friendly, preferably with customisation options.

Tripfactory is the biggest fraud company .
They are mastermind in cheating / defrauding the general public.
Please be vary of them .
They have cheated me with 90000/- .
Biggest fraud company of India, I have already intitated criminal action against them at Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Gurugram....

I had booked a trip to Thailand with trip factor and one of the activitie ( safari World and marine Park in Bangkok) was cancelled and I request for a cashback/refund. Initially it was mention as 4500 per person and I have booked this trip for two so total 9000 rs. Later on initiation of refund it was mention as 8300rs and fund of 7746 rs was sent to me from the agency. This trip factor is a bogus company and should be closed. Please can you help me get my full refund on my cancellation activity.

Dear team,
The company is not giving me refund from last 2 yrs I booked a trip and paid 30000. And unfortunately it got canceled due to health issues now they are not refunding my money.

We have been assisted a guide from driver side for gulmarg sightseeing. And guide totally trapped us and charged a huge amount of 12k basic skiing for just two o[censored]s. And proper information isn't provided by driver about the places. Kindly file this complaint and take action

We have booked europe tour through trip factory, because of covid flights got cancelled. After that almost three months i am roaming around them for refund and still going behind them. Above all their manager shouted at me for asking the refund. Worst money laundering people

This is the same situation for me as well. i have i paid around 65 k to these guys, due to covid all filghts are getting cancelled and the resorts also cancel their bookings but these people charging me ... on top of that we need to chase for refund ... No reply or update from these people ... Worst service ever seen

We booked for a trip for 3 people made a advance payment due to corona virus outbreak we have sent a request for cancellation their service is so bad it's been 5 days there is no reply as to when the refund would happen the booking was made for the date august 12th 2020. They are not concerned about the customers at all and their problems. Very very pathetic service inspite of sending mails frequently they don't reply back.

very poor service
We have booked the package for singapore and bali and we are supposed to go in the month of october 2019. Before booking they call us so many times to ensure that we get the best package and once booking is done they are not bothered to connect. Its second week of september still our documents and there formalities are not done. Our travel agent lohit has disappeared and not receiving calls or replying to our msgs! We are worried are they fake and ran away with our money. We also called to the cc for our issue they said lohit is on medical leave and you will get a call from other agent, but we haven't received any call from anyone. This is pathetic i would suggest not to go with this agency. After going to all other reviews, i am so worried about our trip don't know what to do.

Due to them i missed my flight and left alone without guide for a day in Andaman, worst service by them. they don't advise, they just book tickets tats all, just like booking agents. flight change status mail is sent to trip factory mail id and photo for tat is included

This is with regards to trip tfn001dff07. We had booked the trip well in advance (July 12 2018) for 3 couples and covering banglore, coorg, mysore, ooty and kodaikenal. Package booked was for combination of 3-star/ 4-star combination and we paid handsome amount with intention to get best services.
It was clearly informed to travel expert (Mr. Ejaj) while booking that all travellers are senior citizens so to take upmost care and support 24/7 when required.
Following issues travellers have faced but we did not get prompt answer and required support:
1.in ooty (14/10/2018 to 16/10/2018), as per package confirmation we have booked “club mahindra” but when travellers have arrived their, booking was done in some other hotel (Gem park). This was done without intimation to us.
When we tried contacting support team for above issue, no one was ready to take responsibility.
· quality holidays informed us that, trip factory is responsible, and we are not.
· our travel expert did not respond.
· trip factory operations team called back and said that it’s not our responsibility.
· when we asked for refund, they promised to confirm and revert but they haven’t reverted back.
2.in kodaikenal (16/10/2018 to 18/10/2018), we had booking in “carnival resort”. When travellers reached carnival resort, it was worst experience we had.
· the rooms were not ready and clean when they arrived, even there water leakage in room
· hotel staff was not at all co-operative
· they are not provided with very basic facilities like
O hot water
O cattle
O napkins
O sugar etc.
We atlest expect basic facilities in 3-star hotel. We are paying good amount only to get best services. When we tried to contact trip factory support team for above issue, they replied as mentioned below:
· mr. Suman sethi replied that he had talked to receptionist and they will provide necessities.
· our travel expert did not respond back, he just said he will look into.
· when we asked for option to change hotel, mr. Suman sethi asked for additional cost which really very poor part on your side.
It is really frustrating experience. Customer support team and travel experts gives big commitments while taking package but they provide worst services.

I had deposited 172811 rs in advance for a trip. This is a huge amount for me, which is greater than my annual salary.
I had spent so much money for the first time in my life just to make my family happy.
I could not go on this trip due to some personal issue. I had intimated same in advance to trip advisor for same.
Now the person never used to revert my calls. I had contacted many times through calls and mails but didnt get my money back

I am amazed with tripfactory behavior. You do not know your trip itinerary of an international trip even before 3 days of trip. You cannot plan your leisure days at all. They keep it so confidential and god knows for what reason. Team is highly disoriented and confused within. Mail responses are not at all in line with what the planner from this company commit. Please avoid this company.

The trip was worst due to the improper planning and coordination by trip factory. I wish i had booked the whole trip by myself. I made a mistake by taking this trip through trip factory. It spoiled my complete trip and you made my whole family suffer.
We have booked trip for singapore and malaysia, started our journey on 16/11/2018 to singapore, we met mr. Nathan (+[protected] is a nice honest person who took care of local transport in singapore, however, tripfactory have cheated by providing a substandard room in village hotel albert court, a small room. We are housed out side the main hotel premises. When contacted ms. Yesmin she responds “17/11/18, 4:43 am - mahendra suvarna: madam you have deceived me nicely, by giving substandard hotel as 4*, village hotel albert will not meet even 2* standard, small room, no swimming pool, minimum expected of 4* standard, 17/11/18, 8:01 am - travel factory yesmin: it's 4 star hotel, 7/11/18, 5:49 pm - mahendra suvarna: sudo * hotel, cheating customers, 17/11/18, 5:52 pm - travel factory yesmin: sir albert hotel u asked, 17/11/18, 5:52 pm - mahendra suvarna: don't tell me this story, room/hut anywhere near the hotel will not b call a * hotel, 17/11/18, 5:53 pm - travel factory yesmin: tats wat v did price match, 17/11/18, 5:54 pm - mahendra suvarna: you are a cheat then, you have compromised quality/standard service.”
Admittedly, you assure customer one thing at the time of booking and then give substandard room outside the so called 4* hotel, then you think can get away by saying “that’s what we did price match”. Conduct of yours amounts to cheating and deficiency of service.
the local city tour conductors are commission agents of shopping centers they are more interested in taking customers to the shops.
in malaysia drivers (Tamilians) are ruthless, arrogant and bent on taking customers to shopping centers than completing the agreed itinerary.
We have started our journey to malaysia-langkawi on 20/11/2018, our flight was at 12-25 am at immigration to our shock it was noticed by the officials that visa of chirag mahendra suvarna was miss matching. I called ms. Yesmin she was not responding, then mr. Alok, he immediately responded, we were tensed, not allowed to board the flight. There after we were advised by your team to fly to langkawi and take visa on arrival to chirag mahendra suvarna. On inquiry, it was informed to me that the option of “on arrival visa” not available for langkawi. Thereafter, we were asked to fly kuala lumpur take arrival visa and they fly to langkawi accordingly, mr. Alok arranged tickets in air asia flight at[protected] pm) accordingly we rushed to another terminal boarded the flight, in the meanwhile you have sent the corrected soft copy of visa of chirag. When we landed in kul it was late because of flight delay and officials insisted for the hard copy of the visa of chirag, once again under the pressure we had to search for shop which prints visa, some how by running to the shop got the print out, by that time boarding to the flight to langkawi at 5-45 pm was over. Once again i have contacted mr. Alok explaining the mess you have created and put us in such a tremendous pressure and mental agony. I have approached customer service to get into the flight, however they have denied my request and agreed to reschedule the same with cost to the next flight which i have conveyed to mr. Alok, he assured me that the same will be compensated as the time is running short, go ahead to reschedule the flight. Accordingly, i have got rescheduled the flight to 8-25 pm by paying rm 318. Thereafter we boarded the flight and reached langawi at night around 10 pm and on reaching the century langkawi beach resort at 10-30 pm in the night. I was accompanied by my wife and children aged 9, 11 years. The hotel is in isolated place outside the town, we were told restaurant is closed. We have to starve whole night without dinner. The condition of the hotel room is pathetic with no maintenance, it is stinking with spider nets, water is leaking in the air conditioner, tv is not working, exactly as written in reviews. Though i have raised concern about the same, you have convinced me by misrepresenting that hotel is 4* and good.
Due to your callous attitude and mistake, whole day 20th nov 2018 is gone wasted, we had to unnecessarily travel to kul and then langkawi. Once again due to lack of plan in booking flights by not providing time gap, we could not board the flight to langkawi at 5-45 pm.
Consequently, you have not only spoiled our holiday time and enjoyment, but made us starve, undergo tremendous pressure and loss of money. We have paid you for cable car + skydome, skyrex, 3d art langkawi & sky bridge-as per itinerary, which we could not do, due to your mistake in not providing proper visa.
On 21/11/2018, after langkawi island hopping tour, there was nobody to take us to hotel, after making us to wait for more than one hour that too after repeated requests we were taken to hotel.
On 22/11/2018 we reached kul, taken to grand seasons hotel - the hotel is good, clean and tidy. The city tour again the drivers are commission agents of shopping centre wasted our time by taking us to the shops.
On 23/11/2018 morning we were waiting in the lobby after breakfast in the restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel, the driver did not come to pickup, on the other hand, when we are waiting in the lobby we got call from this number +[protected] at 9.12 am, we told him we are right in front of lobby even then the driver is not able to locate us means either he has not at all come to hotel or he is lying. When contacted around 6 times, we are told to hire taxi to go batu caves. Hence, we hired a taxi to batu caves by spending around rm 19.50, this is the irresponsible way of conducting tour, the driver phone number is not sent us. He doesn't have international roaming. No proper coordination as well, we wasted literally an hour every time we wanted a pickup although the time was provided by the organizers. Our calls and messages were ignored during the trip and the promised places are not covered. No alternate plans for a bad weather situation. We had to plan ourselves to visit places because they had no clue on what they were doing. Worst trip.
In the circumstances stated above, you are liable to pay and compensate the loss caused to me for rescheduling the flight by incurring rm 318 and for hiring taxi, loss of one day stay in hotel, for missing itinerary, mental torture, agony, inconvenience and loss of enjoyment of the whole trip, a sum of rs.1, 50, 000/- within seven days.
Sequence of events for your reference and understanding from the beginning.
I was advised to go with trip factory by one of my friend suggesting mr. Alok sharma-trip adviser who arranged the trip for him, believing his words though, i have decided to go with other agency decided to go with trip factory for our family trip to singapore and malaysia 4 nights each. As i could not contact mr. Alok sharma, i have contacted through your web and one ms. Yesmin taj was assigned to be the trip adviser. Initial discussions with tour advisor miss. Yesmin for my singapore and malaysia trip went on well during the process mr. Alok sharma also involved he was very good and responsive. Ms. Yesmin eagerly communicated assuring the itinerary and the 4* hotel. Initially suggested century lankasuka resort in langkawi later on changed to cheap hotel century langkawi lake resort. Thereafter i wrote to ms. Yesmin “28/10/18, 1:07 pm - mahendra suvarna: i hv already seen the same hotel in is century langkasuka resort, however pl specify which are the activities tickets are included, luge and skyride is not included in singapore itenanery n sky walk in langkawi. It is surprising when i visited your visa agent on 14/11/2018, to collect the visa, only three (3) visa with pass ports were available, though all four passport documents are submitted with a covering letter of mr. Mahendra. S. S (Mine), i was in terrible pressure, they are very casual and not assigning any reasons for the misdeed, again i had to contact mr. Alok to sort it out and he assured that it will be handed over to me on 15/11/2018. My travel date was 16/11/2018. Despite handing over the responsibility of arranging the trip for which you are paid for, i had to spend time running around several times for collecting visa and undergo mental pressure.
So far as malaysia visa is concerned it is e-visa, you have failed to do well in advance, your personals have applied for visa of aaditri twice, thereafter when i raised concern at the last minute applied for visa of chirag in a hurry committing mistake by wrongly mentioning the year of issue of the passport as 2007 instead of 2017.

The trip was worst due to the improper planning and coordination by trip factory. I wish i had booked the whole trip by myself. I made a mistake by taking this trip through trip factory. It spoiled my complete trip and you made my whole family suffer.
We have booked trip for singapore and malaysia, started our journey on 16/11/2018 to singapore, we met mr. Nathan (+[protected] is a nice honest person who took care of local transport in singapore, however, tripfactory have cheated by providing a substandard room in village hotel albert court, a small room. We are housed out side the main hotel premises. When contacted ms. Admittedly, you assure customer one thing at the time of booking and then give substandard room outside the so called 4* hotel, then you think can get away by saying “that’s what we did price match”. Conduct of yours amounts to cheating and deficiency of service.

in malaysia drivers (Tamilians) are ruthless, arrogant and bent on taking customers to shopping centers than completing the agreed itinerary.
We have started our journey to malaysia-langkawi on 20/11/2018, our flight was at 12-25 am at immigration to our shock it was noticed by the officials that visa of chirag mahendra suvarna was miss matching. I called ms. Yesmin she was not responding, then mr. Alok, he immediately responded, we were tensed, not allowed to board the flight. There after we were advised by your team to fly to langkawi and take visa on arrival to chirag mahendra suvarna. On inquiry, it was informed to me that the option of “on arrival visa” not available for langkawi. Thereafter, we were asked to fly kuala lumpur take arrival visa and they fly to langkawi accordingly, mr. Alok arranged tickets in air asia flight at[protected] pm) accordingly we rushed to another terminal boarded the flight, in the meanwhile you have sent the corrected soft copy of visa of chirag. When we landed in kul it was late because of flight delay and officials insisted for the hard copy of the visa of chirag, once again under the pressure we had to search for shop which prints visa, some how by running to the shop got the print out, by that time boarding to the flight to langkawi at 5-45 pm was over. Once again i have contacted mr. Alok explaining the mess you have created and put us in such a tremendous pressure and mental agony. I have approached customer service to get into the flight, however they have denied my request and agreed to reschedule the same with cost to the next flight which i have conveyed to mr. Alok, he assured me that the same will be compensated as the time is running short, go ahead to reschedule the flight. Accordingly, i have got rescheduled the flight to 8-25 pm by paying rm 318. Thereafter we boarded the flight and reached langawi at night around 10 pm and on reaching the century langkawi beach resort at 10-30 pm in the night. I was accompanied by my wife and children aged 9, 11 years. The hotel is in isolated place outside the town, we were told restaurant is closed. We have to starve whole night without dinner. The condition of the hotel room is pathetic with no maintenance, it is stinking with spider nets, water is leaking in the air conditioner, tv is not working, exactly as written in reviews. Though i have raised concern about the same, you have convinced me by misrepresenting that hotel is 4* and good.
Due to your callous attitude and mistake, whole day 20th nov 2018 is gone wasted, we had to unnecessarily travel to kul and then langkawi. Once again due to lack of plan in booking flights by not providing time gap, we could not board the flight to langkawi at 5-45 pm.
Consequently, you have not only spoiled our holiday time and enjoyment, but made us starve, undergo tremendous pressure and loss of money. We have paid you for cable car + skydome, skyrex, 3d art langkawi & sky bridge-as per itinerary, which we could not do, due to your mistake in not providing proper visa.
On 21/11/2018, after langkawi island hopping tour, there was nobody to take us to hotel, after making us to wait for more than one hour that too after repeated requests we were taken to hotel.
On 22/11/2018 we reached kul, taken to grand seasons hotel - the hotel is good, clean and tidy. The city tour again the drivers are commission agents of shopping centre wasted our time by taking us to the shops.
On 23/11/2018 morning we were waiting in the lobby after breakfast in the restaurant in the ground floor of the hotel, the driver did not come to pickup, on the other hand, when we are waiting in the lobby we got call from this number +[protected] at 9.12 am, we told him we are right in front of lobby even then the driver is not able to locate us means either he has not at all come to hotel or he is lying. When contacted around 6 times, we are told to hire taxi to go batu caves. Hence, we hired a taxi to batu caves by spending around rm 19.50, this is the irresponsible way of conducting tour, the driver phone number is not sent us. He doesn't have international roaming. No proper coordination as well, we wasted literally an hour every time we wanted a pickup although the time was provided by the organizers. Our calls and messages were ignored during the trip and the promised places are not covered. No alternate plans for a bad weather situation. We had to plan ourselves to visit places because they had no clue on what they were doing. Worst trip.
In the circumstances stated above, you are liable to pay and compensate the loss caused to me for rescheduling the flight by incurring rm 318 and for hiring taxi, loss of one day stay in hotel, for missing itinerary, mental torture, agony, inconvenience and loss of enjoyment of the whole trip, a sum of rs.1, 50, 000/- within seven days.
Sequence of events for your reference and understanding from the beginning.
I was advised to go with trip factory by one of my friend suggesting mr. Alok sharma-trip adviser who arranged the trip for him, believing his words though, i have decided to go with other agency decided to go with trip factory for our family trip to singapore and malaysia 4 nights each. As i could not contact mr. Alok sharma, i have contacted through your web and one ms. Yesmin taj was assigned to be the trip adviser. Initial discussions with tour advisor miss. Yesmin for my singapore and malaysia trip went on well during the process mr. Alok sharma also involved he was very good and responsive. Ms. Yesmin eagerly communicated assuring the itinerary and the 4* hotel. Initially suggested century lankasuka resort in langkawi later on changed to cheap hotel century langkawi lake resort. Thereafter i wrote to ms. It is surprising when i visited your visa agent on 14/11/2018, to collect the visa, only three (3) visa with pass ports were available, though all four passport documents are submitted with a covering letter of mr. Mahendra. S. S (Mine), i was in terrible pressure, they are very casual and not assigning any reasons for the misdeed, again i had to contact mr. Alok to sort it out and he assured that it will be handed over to me on 15/11/2018. My travel date was 16/11/2018. Despite handing over the responsibility of arranging the trip for which you are paid for, i had to spend time running around several times for collecting visa and undergo mental pressure.
So far as malaysia visa is concerned it is e-visa, you have failed to do well in advance, your personals have applied for visa of aaditri twice, thereafter when i raised concern at the last minute applied for visa of chirag in a hurry committing mistake by wrongly mentioning the year of issue of the passport as 2007 instead of 2017.

The trip was worst due to the improper planning and coordination by trip factory. I wish i had booked the whole trip by myself. I had travelled to western countries with no trouble, i made a mistake by taking this trip through trip factory. It spoiled my complete trip and they made my whole family suffer. Worst trip. Kind of cheaters. Beware from this travel agent, my trip to singapore became worst, hope others should not suffer. They basally take book your hotel, after taking the money they will call and tell all crap like the hotel is full & then they try to find cheaper category room.in my case i booked for 4 person room with my family, just to make it cheaper they booked 2 person room. Then finally i have to more than 200$ to upgrade the room.
The 4 star hotel the book is v hotel lavender... Have cocroach in the room, & room stink like any thing. Worst than 2 star hotel. I will never ever book it again from "trip factory"

Very pathetic, torturous and fraud behaviour experience with TripFactory(TF) on our Andaman trip with them
They initially give U a quotation with sub-standard hotels & relatively higher pricing, then they will follow U up multiple times reducing the price a bit & promise o[censored]pgrading the hotels & room types in them. Once U agree, they will make U pay the full amount within a short span of time
Then just very near to the travel dates they will call U saying the hotel promised is not available & now they play with U with freedom to book as per their scripted plan to fool U
When U object, they start misbehaving and talk rubbish, they already have all Ur money now
U ask for detailed itinerary consistently, they initially promise it but at the end they will just provide only a rough 1, stating the detailed sequencing and timing will be taken care smoothly at venue by local operators
We were promised all 4 star Hotels, what we got was Hotel Shompen, which was full of rats & roaches
They charged me full for my 2.9 year old kid, but apart from flight, no extra ticket was provided, be it on the shows or on the multiple transfer Ferries
We shared all the ID proofs 2 weeks prior to journey, on reaching the venue, U get to hear they need the ID Proofs anew to book the tickets, since none is shared to the local operators. U do not have a known plan but need to depend on these local operators for every next move making U wait till the very last moment
For every ticket U are at the mercy of the local operator and need to be physically present & keep calling( this guy Avinash in PortBlair will simply not receive any calls) & search him physically for him to get U the tickets
We were done visiting cellular jail by 5:15 pm & then they say they cannot accommodate us for 6 pm show & that we need to hang around with our little kid in the humidity till 7 pm and search him back for even the late show tickets, even at 7 pm he doesn’t get me the tickets, he has some arrangement with ticket checker and makes us stand last in the queue
Then tickets for ferry next day are still not available, they say initially early morning at 6:30 am then late at night on follow-up, he says he can’t arrange and that the tickets will be tried for 11:30 am
In the meanwhile U get sms from TF asking for feedback on smoothness of trip, U complain on the message but its all sham, no 1 receives the call, just an sms back that things will be arranged in-order
Ur plan is totally haywire & U have no 1 to get things rectified, helpless situation
Now next day even at 11 am they do not share the ferry tickets from PortBlair to Neil, coz they have somehow arranged the tickets grouped with other party & U will be made to wait in sun with small kid at the gate till the other party comes, we almost missed the ferry & same was the case for ferry from Neil to Havelock too, where I forcibly went ahead without waiting for other party at the last moment. Had I been waiting any more even I would have missed boarding like the other party did
We were told this ferry is fully AC & comfortable, but what I found inside it was as i[censored] are inside a pressure cooker with no open outlets & AC never works in these shabby ferries. Captain inside says these ferries are actually meant for local tribals
The alternate cruise ride is just 500 Rs extra, but they save this pittance for that extra margin & make U suffer like hell
I called multiple alternate numbers available of TF folks and complain, to ensure the booking for ongoing journey on cruise, they all promise the same, do not share the tickets till the end. I continuously followup with then on this and they never care to even call U back once on their own, they talk all rubbish, speak as goons, U feel intimidated, and then on escalating it further, their head promises to arrange for Makazuzz, then green ocean, then helicopter ride all along, then later till last moment U are forced to travel in the same shabby ferry again
Hotel checkout is at 8 in morning, they have booked ferry for 4:30 in the evening,
For the time in between there is no plan, U are on Ur own
Ur trip with tripfactory is a torture rather than a holiday & U pay Urself for this torture o[censored]rs

We missed all our destination and Hotel bookings because of tripfactory planned our tour. All schedule spoiled.
We spend 1, 05, 000.00 Rs. and What we seen is nothing. Yes nothing so beware !!
How you feel when you are with family and driver threten in deep jungle.
Just dont go with tripfactory. Horrible Experiance. I am still scared
1)They dont know how to plan holidays. They will send worst driver.
2)Sweet talker, They will not receive call when you actual need.
3)Overcharged trip. if you got your own trip cost will be less than half then they charged
4)Still waiting for resolution. I think its not possible

This is a fraud company.
I have booked my kerela trip by tripfactory and there representative Rucha amrotkar called me and give all details .
till the time i have booked the trip they called many times but the time i paid for the trip they just Ran away.
I called customer care like hundred times and they even don't care to reply to customer and just give assurance that representative will call you back.
About trip :- They told me they will provide 3 star hotels but the hotels they provide are pathetic (Flies are there in room).No proper beds in there room.
Poor Service and i insist everyone try some other company before going for tripfactory for pleasant trip.
This is a fraud company.

How TripFactory spoiled our Nainital-Kausani Trip (TFN0019ABPN)
After lot of discussion with our Trip Factory Advisor Shubham, we finalized below hotels (3 days each) for our stay in Nainital and Kausani. We have done all payments 2 months ago before out trip.
1. Hotel Rio Grand Nainital
2. The Buransh, Kausani
Nainital
We were promised Deluxe Room and has a description “This double room has a dining area, seating area and tile/marble floor”.
We got a small room (Room No. 102), which has common open area (they call it balcony) with stagnant water. This room has tea table placed before cupboard. Next to table 2 chairs are placed. On one side bed is placed. So, for opening cupboard, one has to move 2 chairs and tea table. The room was so small, that I have to place chair at the entrance to open our luggage. This is surely not Deluxe room I paid for. After lot of request they gave better room or deluxe room we paid for but only after 1 day.
Kausani
In kausani, we paid more to stay in 4-star hotel. Our check-in date was 22 May 2018. At 12:00 on 22 May we got below SMS from local vendor:
“Sir your kausani hotel Change update 22 May, 23 May Hotel Mount Villa Kausani & 24 May The Buransh”
There is no hotel with name “Hotel Mount Villa Kausani”. At 19:30, they told hotel name is Chevron Mountain Villa. This is 3-star property but as per TF they kept on insisting that they have UPGRADED our hotel and this one is better than Buransh. The hotel has very less lighting and pathetic food. After asking repeatedly why the Buransh booking is changed – TF folks kept on telling various stories which was hard to digest, they also said that since the management at Buransh has changed hence they have cancelled our booking. We kept on insisting for buransh Booking but TF did nothing on this. After whole day of outing we finally succumbed to stay in Chevron Mountain Villa as our Kid was not feeling well. We kept on talking to TF folks to get the booking done in Buransh but we got only a reply that if rooms are available they will get it done.
Mr. Pradeep Head Operations Trip factory even offered us Hotel Sagar (Budget Hotel) which they kept on convincing that it is better than Buransh and Chevron Mountain Villa.
In between I called The Buransh and got to know room is available for 22 May but TF team did not do anything. The Buransh also confirmed that we have no booking for 24th May, which vendor has mentioned in his SMS.
We called Buransh directly and asked for availability on 22nd, 23rd & 24th…to our surprise Buransh had rooms available on 23rd and 24th…(22nd it was already 7 PM hence no rooms) while TF folks kept on saying no rooms are available. We worked as mediator between TF, Local Vendor & Buransh to secure our booking in Buransh at 11:00 AM on 23rd May. To our surprise, for this also there was NO CONFIRMATION from TF & Local Vendor….as if they did not bother as we had already talked to Buransh Folks directly….Highly UNPROFESSIONAL

2. What is the point of booking in advance and paying on time.
3. They form a whatsapp group some 16 ppl to assist us in our trip but team was not aware of Kausani hotel change till we inform them.
4. Team was not aware of change right hotel name for a long time.
Once we checked in Buransh Kausani, we asked the management about the lapses regarding our 3 nights booking (22nd, 23rd, 24th), they informed that no one from Trip Factory or Local Vendor has confirmed the payment terms rather they just had enquiry made to Buransh and hence they cancelled the booking as it was only enquiry.
