[Resolved]  Tripfactory — worst trip planned by the team

The trip was worst due to the improper planning and coordination by trip factory. I wish i had booked the whole trip by myself. I had travelled to western countries with no trouble, i made a mistake by taking this trip through trip factory. It spoiled my complete trip and they made my whole family suffer. It was albert who logged our trip in the name of akshatha kuttappa
Apparently they think you travel with just a small handbag. With 6 travelers for 5 nights trip and we had 4 suitcases but no time any proper vehicle was organized, we had to dump all the suitcases in an suv along with us and the car had no carrier. No proper coordination as well, we wasted literally an hour every time we wanted a pickup although the time was provided by the organizers. Our calls and messages were ignored during the trip and the promised places are not covered. No alternate plans for a bad weather situation. We had to plan ourselves to visit places because they had no clue on what they were doing.
I had 2 elders travelled with me, knowing that trip factory people made a pathetic mess of our trip.
Trip factory and its other organization via.com should never be considered while planning holiday trips. Beware!!
