Tripgateway associate ranjit called me up on 26th of jun 2016 saying it's happy hours in tripgateway and if you make a payment of rs 8999 within 2 hr you will be one of the lucky customers to win a moto x play phone which will be delivered in 7 working days. Its been more than a month. Neither i received the gift nor any welcome kit which they claimed to be delivered to wrong address...

very poor response even after follow up for more than a month.

I would like to give a suggestion for all the people who got trapped in Tripgateway fraud that they can raise a chargeback against the company by writing a application to the bank mentioning about how they cheated you
